Warehouse Staff Safety Guide

Background

• In January 2013, PCI inquired about existing tools or manuals related to warehouse staff safety. No tools were identified by the CMTF.

• A working group led by PCI was formed & included members from: ACDI/VOCA, CRS, Land O’ Lakes, PCI, Save the Children & TOPS.

• The working group developed first draft of a guide & posters but additional assistance was needed to further develop sections of the guide and posters and bring the document together.

• PCI submitted a proposal to TOPS for a micro-grant to develop the warehouse staff safety guide, annexes, posters & printing.

• Final guide and posters distributed in November/December 2014
