As an authorized trainer he indepedently instructed, video editors, architects, animators, webdesigners and manufacters in 3D. Alonzo developed ReadyRigs to produce character animation in Buffalo, NY at his studio AVT Productions originally founded on B'way in NYC. ReadyRigs are pre-made EIU animaton control rigs projects as a fast solution for adding walking or posable character to your animation or illustration. The first part is an instruction set for adding distance to the walking preset in ReadyRigs. This walk is an exaggerated power walk so the CONTACT pose has a very long stride. The elbows had to stay turned in because of the geometry. I would have performed them and the kness to be bowed out more. This tute is to help you understand the dynamics, anatomy or kinesiology of the body while walking. Modifying the phase can add more character, like slow RECOIL. Scale the keys (control click in timeline and command click drag the keys) to slow the tempo. Fingers use Expressionist from Ramjac. Just make hands half open or relaxed. This tute was the basics before I posed the hands. A more detail discussion on walk and making an animation gel and as well as installing icons are on the AVT-ReadyRigs CD. ReadyRigs is a service for Character Animation, modeling,WalkCycle animations and Rigging. Special rigs and walkcycles can be requested at [email protected]. Sample walks can be found in the User Gallery. (Electricimage.com) ElectricImage is awesome software at a great price. The modeler has a super savvy organics modeler. Electricimage is inuitive, easy to learn and powerful. (How did we get so much power?) If you would like more information of animation, Preston Blair and George Maestri Books. Both cover the whole animation process of making a film. Inspired 3D: are also great industry level books on character animation. I like how the rigs have smart icons and don't distort the geomerty. The series is Maya based but have lots of tutes from high-level industry pros like Keith Lango. Lots of interview from other industry pros who work in the feature film industry. Electricimage comes with lots of support and free tutorials for users by users. Character animation is a traditional art not specific to computers or software. I know EIU v.5 to be smooth environment to learn character animation without a major learning curve. FREE Stuff is the best :) If you want to learn more about Characters acting out performances animation on the computer, Keith Lango.com is the way to go. This is a great contribution. Also, Character-comet.com. 10secondclub.org. Are also free resourses. If you want to learn about cage modeling Joan of Arc tutorial, TheHobbitguy.com and BayRait edge loops at Spiraliod.com and CGTalk.com. If you would like to hire me I am experienced, professional, timely, and service oriented. Rendered animation for coporate or industrial work can be deliver in any type of movie file on volume storage disk like DVD. If you want to help me to produce more character animation stuff. Please support my efforts and productions. If you like this drop me and email. or........................................ Send money, any amount. or........... Computer hardware. Macintosh equipment.
