Hunter Agri Construction was a local construction company in Dalhart, Tx. Over the various years and occasions that I worked with Mr. Hunter the company undertook a great deal of growth and change.

January 11, 1989 to August 1990. I first went to work for Hunter Agri. Construction right out of college and newly married. I began as general labor and continued to perform such work for all of my life:

Waterline installation and repairs: Residential Sprinklers up to 24” Irrigation lines for Farm, Ranch, and Commercial Building.

Concrete. (Foundations, Floors, Sidewalks, Curbs, Feed Bunks, Water Tank Pads, Grain In Hoppers, boot pits, basements, and others)

Residential and Commercial Framing. Add on, Remodel, and New home Construction. All varieties of Roofing. (Metal, Composition, Architectural, Wood, Shakes, T-Locks, Build-up, Asphalt,

Flat, Ruberoid, and others) Run electrical, plumbing (Supply and Drains), and gas as needed for new or repair. Insulation. Very little Block and/or Brick work. But, I have done it and repaired it. Drywall installation and repair, Taping, Floating, Texture, Painting, Steel Building Construction. Grain Systems (Bins, Legs, Augers, etc.) New and repairs All varieties of Equipment: Fork lifts, All Terrain Lifts, Uni-Loaders with all varieties of attachments,

Skid Steers, Bobcat, Backhoes, Track hoes, Motor Graders, Loadesr, 50 Ton Lattice Boom Crane, Hydraulic Cranes, Large Front end Loaders, Earth Moving, Dump Truck Driver, Concrete Truck Driver, Semi-Truck Driver, Belly Dumps, Ditchers, Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, and more.

August 1990 to 2000 I moved into a lead position and then to a Supervisor with my own crew of 5 to 10 men, depending on the project. This position undertook a description change to Superintendent. I took on any new project as presented to me. Please, see the list above.

May of 2001 to July 2003 Site Manager of the Hereford, Tx. Branch Office. I continued performing the above items as well as opening a Concrete Plant at the Hereford Location.

April 2008 to December of 2009. Continue to work in all the above areas as General Manager of Hunter Agri Construction.

Build Systems and Organize while managing day to day operation for all Crews and Sites. Recruit, interview, hire, place, move, discipline and if needed Terminate Employees. Instruct and inform all employees of the expectations. Coordinate, materials, supplies, labor, equipment, and associated items to ensure efficient and timely

completion of the daily needs of the Company.
