Mission StatementThe mission of the West Island School Parent Teacher Association is to contribute towards the community spirit of the school and to the improvements in the educational environment of our students. The PTA seeks to achieve this by promoting co-operation, communication and discussion between Parents and Teachers on the general welfare of the students and general educational matters

A large focus will be placed on developing service amongst the student body

Year 7 CampTendering process for the 2012 camp was done

with 3 major camp providers in Hong Kong Treasure Island best matched learning

outcomes with value for money spentKey Focus: Tutors and tutees develop a strong

connection through reflective activities and games played together

2011 rating of overall student enjoyment and satisfaction = 8 out of 10 (based on 85 students)
