However, it is about one mile from Downtown Deadwood, and may not be a comfortable walk for the disabled, families with small children or the elderly. 3. Mt. Moriah Cemetery is accessible by private car, one of the tour buses, or by foot. It is several blocks from downtown and is a difficult uphill walk, and may not be a comfortable walk for the disabled, families with small children or the elderly.
