Atrium, an extension of the work place environment for existing tenants.

The Environment Protection Authority has relocated to the OSBORNE’s newest building The Avenue, located

at Salonika – Darwin NT. We have just completed the installation of the new fit-out to house approximately

44 staff of EPA.

The bulk of the installation for the NT EPA new furniture was completed within five days. The extent included forty-four workstations and associated furniture. The furniture was delivered on a Thursday, with the project completed on the Monday to allow other trades and cleaning

contractors to complete their extent of work in time for staff to move in on the Tuesday.
