Exhibitors and Buyers will arrange their travel to arrive prior to the Reverse Trade Show Welcome

Reception at 7pm PST.

Please provide your travel itinerary so that we may arrange complimentary shuttle service from Las

Vegas McCarran Airport accordingly. Airport greeters will be at baggage claim and have

signage directing attendees to shuttle pick up.

(Exhibitors, Sponsors, and VIP/Hosted Buyers will be greeted at baggage claim by their assigned chauffeur and transported to Red Rock Casino

Resort & Spa. Gratuities for transportation, porterage/bellman service, and daily housekeeping

are already covered by The Vape Summit.)

Upon arrival at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, attendees will check-in to their

assigned rooms, where badge credentials and trade show meeting

itineraries will be available.

Arrivals prior to the standard 3pm check-in will have option to have baggage held until their assigned room

is available.

The Welcome Reception with catered food and beverages will begin at 7pm.

Attendees are welcome to relax, unwind, or explore at their discretion for the remainder of the evening.

There may also be other networking events hosted by sponsors.


August 5th, 2016: Reverse Trade Show B2B Session One

Buyers will receive their hosted breakfast at their assigned Hospitality Suite, which will be rotated

the following day.

B2B Meetings begin at 9:00 AM sharp. Meetings are 20 minutes each in duration, and there is a 10 minute gap between meetings for buyers to

travel to their next meeting room.

August 7th, 2016: Free Day/Conference Arrivals

As some of the best business interactions do not take place in business environments, all attendees

are encouraged to make use of this free day at their discretion. This may be a great time to conclude previous discussions from the B2B

sessions, or take the day to just relax and unwind before the big conference. Our goal is to continue to provide the most conducive atmosphere for our

attendees, and we are excited for what can happen during this time.

From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, there is an opportunity to do a full buyout of the Red Rock Lanes Bowling Alley.

This may be a great time to continue more relationship engagement between buyers and

exhibitors. Alternatively, this time period could be utilized as a consumer engagement, appreciation, or

even fundraising event for the local Las Vegas Market.

Conference Arrivals and check-ins will begin at 3:00 PM for attendees who are only attending the

conference portion of the event.

A business casual atmosphere is welcome through the entire event, but more professional attire is encouraged during the conference segment to

demonstrate the professional capacity of our industry.

The Thought Leadership Conference Welcome Reception will take place at 7:00 PM in the Red Rock

Ballroom. While there may be opportunities for sponsored events at hospitality suites, attendees are encouraged to be responsible in preparation for the

landmark activities occurring the following day.

This is the historic day when Deeming Regulations go into effect, and the Vaping Community comes

together to move this industry forward.


Breakfast will begin promptly at 8:00 AM, and all attendees are expected to be on time for any

sponsored speaking engagements during this time.

Conference content and breakout sessions will be determined by needs and feedback of the attendees. Format is 5-10min TED Talk style presentations with

10-20 min of questions/engagement

Breaks and snacks will be made available intermittently.

Lunch will begin promptly at 12:00 PM, with a sponsored speaker and/or exclusive product debut.

At 5:030 PM, after the conference concludes for the day, buyers will have the option to explore companies on the various exhibition floors and hospitality suites.
