Credit card details are required to confirm your booking. If you cancel your treatment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 75% of the total cost of the treatment. If you do not arrive for your treatment you will be charged 100% of the cost. Please note that you must arrive 15 mins in advance of the treatment to sign in with the therapist. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of your appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next person.All waxing and tinting requires a patch test 24 hours in advance of the treatment.Please advise us of any health conditions and medication you are taking.
