Planning and preparation is an ongoing task at Felician Village. New nursing home regulations announced in late 2016 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and the State of Wisconsin have St. Mary’s staff putting the final touches on updated policies and procedures in time for our annual state survey. Our administrative team is in the process of preparing the budget for our next fiscal year July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018. In addition, through our Board of Directors, we are updating our Strategic Plan for the next several years so we can match our needs and budget. Although it takes a lot of work, it’s work we are passionate about. And every day, when we see the smiles on the faces of the residents we serve, we know we’re doing what’s right. As Blessed Angela, the Foundress of the Felician Sisters said, “Where there is a need, fulfill it” and that is our goal.

Peace and All Good,
