►At this stage, the nonprofit approved the two priority areas and the pro bono consultants developed and are ready to present the action plan.

How should I use this template?

►Remove and customize slides as needed for your particular project.

►Anything in red font is a note to the team and should not be included in the presentation.

►Send the final agenda to the rest of your team at least 48 hours before the meeting.

►Please note, though immediate, near and long-term action projects are recommended, you may chose to only include short and long-term action projects.
