Such will be the case Friday night when the newest class ofinductees is taken into the Javelina Hall of Fame.

The individual inductees are Steve Foley, All-American baseballplayer; Roberto Garza, All-American football player and track andfield athlete, and Andrea Ratkovic, cross country and track and fieldathlete.

The 1995-96 men’s basketball team is also being inducted. Itwon one of the two Lone Star Conference championships theJavelinas have had.

The Javelina Hall of Fame was initiated in 1972 and has beenthe model for other college halls through the years.

YOU’LL NEED TO keep a schedule with you this weekend tokeep all of the events lined up.

There will be the Javelina volleyball team’s opening Lone StarConference match at 4 p.m. Friday in the Steinke Center. TheJavelina Hall of Fame induction Friday is set for 6:30 p.m.
