SANY SUPPLYING PSA GLOBALLYPSA is the world’s largest Port Operator in terms of TEU throughput and has already experienced the reliability of SANY Port Machinery in their f lagship Singapore terminals. In 2011, SANY sent four Empty Container Handlers with twin-box spreaders for over shaft applications to PSA Singapore for a test trial. This test period would showcase that SANY’s port machinery would be able to endure the day to day operations of the world’s second largest port which boasted nearly 30 million TEU per in 2012. After the successful trial period PSA was convinced that SANY is a trustworthy and reliable global supplier of port equipment and purchased an additional 6 units. Since 2011, SANY now has more

than 10 units of Empty Container Handler to PSA Singapore.

In 2013, SANY Germany GmbH won a tender to supply 3 Reachstackers to PSA Antwerp. The first SRSC4535 arrived in Antwerp on August 1st after being built in SANY’s new state-of-the-art industrial park in Bedburg, Germany. This is the first time PSA has chosen SANY Germany GmbH to supply port equipment in Europe.

Sany product show gained new high sales in Brazil

August 16th, yellow line sales of Sany Brazil and dealer JS held a Sany product show in Goiana City, Goias State. Nearly 150 clients attended this event. They are from engineering machinery leasing companies and construction companies, also some individual users from other sectors. Invitations

reached local Sany target segment clients.

Sany Brazil Marketing department arranged this product demonstration theme performance hoping to strengthen Sany brand the awareness of among target clients on this occasion. Aerial acrobatic show with cranes, egg digging and beer pouring with excavator and excavators dancing shows well demonstrated Sany products’ agility and maneuverability. The clients were amazed by a female operator from Sany marketing department who can operate such a big machine precisely and smoothly. This was the highlight of the night. These vivid and exciting performances left a very unforgettable impression to the clients.

Another surprising moment was the Chinese gong beating ceremony. With the special promotion policy, any client who made a order that night, they would beat the Chinese gong to announce the deal. At the end of this event, 14 excavators, 2 compactors and 1 truck crane were sold. And the amount was up to R$6,000,000. (RMB 15,000,000) The echoes of Chinese gong carried their joy and satisfaction around the world.

In this event, the new mining excavator produced by Sany made its first appearance in Brazil.


Its tough enhanced configuration special for mining attracted many attentions. Many inquiries from clients were received after this event.

As a carrier of localized marketing strategy, product show is a very effective activity to promote the brand and products. Combining with promotion policy, Sany Brazil uses the unique product show and Brazilian barbecue gatherings to draw participants’ interests to boost the sales.

This combination has become a Brazilian style promotion activity gradually. More and more new activities will be explored to enrich Brazilian promotion tactics.

Silom District, City Center of Bangkok was in deep silence with numbers of soundless office building surround at 3 am. A strong roar of engine broke the silence suddenly: Super-pressure pump of Sany, HBT90CH2135D started to

warm up and contribute to the construction of Thailand Tallest Tower.

As “Ok” received from interphone, Sany super-pressure pump starts to work with horizontal distance 110 meters and vertical height 15 meters. Matched with Sany Placing Boom, baseboard will be completed. A truck of concrete was soon pumped before the customer realized that. The customer was impressed by its high efficiency and arranged a few more mixer trucks. As time went from 3 am to 4 pm, Sany super-pressure had been working consistently for 13 hours with no fault. Its high reliability owned thumbs-up of customers.

The owner of this super-pressure pump is a famous construction giant. They have rough requirements on equipments, and considerate after-sales service, precise construction scheme and outstanding performance of Sany equipments help customer to make the decision. AKG Group is the largest industrial group in Bangladesh. AKG is involved in the steel, the food, the cement, and the power plant sectors. Since January 2012, AKG has invested 300million USD to expand the steel mill factory where the extra 1.6 million tones steel mill capacity is expected to be

achieved.By the time the expanding is accomplished, AKS will be the largest steel mill in Bangladesh. Chicago Machinery Co. has been named a SANY America excavator dealer covering a 150-mile radius surrounding Chicago in northern Illinois and northern Indiana.

1. Steps for simultaneous withdrawal of small-displacement concrete pump truck and III-type concrete piston of stationary concrete pump from the water tank

Steps:1. Press “concrete piston withdraw” to retrieve the concrete piston in left cylinder back to water tank (take head of vehicle as the front direction). The oil circuits are as shown below (when 4, 5 and 6 are all open, it is the same as a short-circuit);

2. Stop the equipment and release the pressure.Take off the parts plugged in DT5 electromagnet to set the system at low-pressure and big-displacement state;

3. Remove cap of 5# cartridge valve and take out the case and spring. Then install the cap after turning it by 90°, so the oil outlet X will be sealed (5# valve is open);

4. Remove 3# catridge valve, turn it by 90° and install it, so the X outlet is sealed. (3# hs an open circuit). Left cylinder is at low-pressure and big-displacement state. It is fixed by 3#, 4# and 6# catrige valves, the right cylinder can move freely;

5. Restart the machine and press “concrete piston withdrawal” to let the righ-side concrete piston return to the water tank, also the left concrete piston is fixed., as shown in 1-3-4 (1# and 2# open, 5# connected, there is a a short circuit).

2. Oil pressure adjustment method of YZ18C roller Sauer vibratory oil pump

Start the engine. Cut-off the input control signal of the pump (high, low

frequency electric-control plug) to make sure the pump is at mid-position.Install a 50bar pressure gauge at pressure measuring point (such as M3) of hydraulic pump.

Step 1: Unscrew the fastened (K90) nut using a proper solid wrench or monkey wrench.

Step 2: Use 13mm solid wrench or socket wrench to adjust (K10) to required boost pressure.

Step 3: Fasten (K90) locknut.

Step 4: Adjusted boost pressure shall not be lower than or equal to pressure of motor flush valve. It is suggested that the pressure shall be 2.5-3 kg higher than the pressure set for motor flush valve (all the boost pressure measuring points M3 of 90-series.

pump are located in the middle of two multi-functional valves). Explanation on the codes showed when boost pressure becomes normal, switch off the measuring points of engine pump:1. M1, M2: system pressure measuring point;2. M3(M6): system boost pressure measuring point;3 . M4,M5: pump servo pressure measuring point;4. L1,L2: return oil measuring point of casing.

3. Method to adjust engine rotation speed of C8B/C8M excavator

If the positive-flow excavator C8B or C8M is slow in movement, service engineers need to calibrate the rotation speed. Corrections may be made following steps below (if the rotation speed i s no t s low, do no t make changes to the fixing point of throttle cable even though the rotation speed is incorrect):

First check H-mode 11th gear.

1. If the rotation speed is higher than the standard of 2200±50rpm:

Adjust the throttle cable fixing point slowly towards the direction that can unfasten the throttle cable until the rotation speed is correctly showed.

Adjusting method: First turn fixing nut 1 in the direction of the arrow below. Then fasten fixing nut 2 in the direction as shown by the arrow below, so as to unfasten the fixing point of flexible shaft of throttle motor.


2. If the rotation speed is lower than the standard of 2200 ± 50rpm:Adjust the throttle cable fixing point slowly towards the direction that can fasten the thrott le cable unti l the rotation speed is correctly showed.

Adjusting method: First turn fixing nut 1 in the direction of the arrow below. Then fasten fixing nut 2 in the direction as shown by the arrow below, so as to fasten the fixing point of flexible shaft of throttle motor.

Note: if it doesn’t work after going through the steps above, a calibrator need to be used to ca l ibrate the rotation speed again.

4. Method to test internal leakage in tilt cylinder

Testing steps:1. Start the machine. Extend the piston r o d o f t h e t e s t e d t i l t c y l i n d e r completely;

2. Stop the machine. Release the pressure, then use a spanner to open the end c of oi l drain pipe cd from position c of tee coupling, then close the opened part c of the hose to avoid occurrence of siphon effect which may lead to leakage of hydraulic oil in the tank;

3. Start the machine. Observe if there is o i l leakage at part c of the tee coupling on the connecting pipe ab. If the oil comes out continuously and in l inear shape, or spurts f rom i t , i t indicates that there is internal leakage in left tilt cylinder;

4. Operate the pump, when the tilt cylinder changes direction, extend the piston rod of right cylinder. Observe if there is oil coming out from part c. If oil comes out in linear shape, it indicates that there is leakage in r ight t i l t cylinder. If not, it means the sealing condition is good.
