When customers upgrade supported licenses to a higher

VMwareInfrastructure3edition,theSnSfeeschargedforthe

upgrade cover only the incremental features/licenses included

intheupgrade.CustomerswhoupgrademustrenewtheirSnS

onthebaselicense.ThebaselicenseSnSfeeswillbepro-rated

atthefirstrenewalaftertheupgradeinordertoco-terminate

theactiveserviceperiodwiththeupgrade.Subsequent

renewalsarebasedonthecurrentsupportandsubscriptionfeesfor the upgraded edition.

CustomerswhohaveanexpiredSnSmustpayreinstatement

feestoreceivesupportedupgrades.Alternatively,they

can purchase an upgraded edition at upgrade pricing.
