sq.ft. (Owned/rented/Leased).
Restrictions from franchisor
• Cannot sell any other product.
• Store cannot be closed any day without intimating franchisor.
Incomes & Expenses

• All expenses are paid by the franchisee.
• These expenses are rent of the building, electricity & water bill and salaries of employees.
Support by franchisor
• Training facilities available for employees.
• Advertisement is done by the franchisor.

• Promotion & advertising is done by franchisor.

Training & Recruitment
• Recruitment of staff (including physiotherapist, masseur etc.) is done by both franchisee and franchisor.

• 10% of total sales/services provided to customers goes to VLCC.
Lets talk about the law
• Every 5 years the contract is renewed.• Contract is made according to Indian
Laws.• Jurisdiction for any dispute will be Delhi.• Any legal suite on franchisee will be faced
by both franchisee and franchisor.• Injury to a customer during use of VLCC
products/services, franchisee shall be held responsible and compensation is given to that customer.
