Pollution Board & MOEF: To obtain various permission and liaison with GPCB for NOC, Consent & Authorization, Renewal of CC&A and with MOEF, obtain Environment Clearance i. e. submission of application, TOR, EIA through consultant, public hearing, presentation at authority and compliance of Environment Clearance and coordinate with related departments. Taking care of statutory compliance of Air act, Water act & Hazardous waste rules, EP Act and allied laws.

b. Factory Inspector (IS&H): To obtain NOC, drawing approval, factory license, Renewal and taking care of other statutory compliance under Factory act/rules.

c. Labour Dept.: Liaison with Labour Commissioner, PF office, Employment exchange and other local bodies with coordination of P&A department.

d. Explosive, Boiler & Others Govt. Dept.- To obtain approval, NOC & explosive license and legal compliance as per explosive act, petroleum act, SMPV rules. To obtain approvals & certificate from boiler dept and other different government departments like Electricity, GWIL and Industrial Commissioner. Liaison with above department and coordinate with management.

e. Revenue Dept.: Responsible for land & property related maters like land acquisition, title search, execute sale agreement, sale deed before registrar, N.A. of land and obtain NOC, approval, permission. Liaison with Collector, Mamladar/Tahsildar, Town planner and panchayat offices.
