SAFETY WARNINGSWIRING AND MOUNTING:

WARNING: Turn off source power at fuse or circuit breaker.

During installation never allow the fi xture to rest on the lens assembly.

Attach fi xture using included (4) Straight CableHanger assembly to overhead facility mounting hardware (not supplied.) Check with local codes for mounting regulations and restrictions.

WARNING: Fixture weighs ~64 lbs. Ensure proper structural support is provided to support total weight of all fi xtures used in installation.

The fi xture is provided with a pigtail termination on the cord. Licensed electrician will provide proper plug and outlet meeting local electrical codes for fi xture during installation. Alternatively, fi xture can be hardwired to J-Box. A licensed electrician should connect minimum 16 AWG input power connections (120 VAC – 277 VAC) using conduit rated stranded copper conductors to input power wiring harness. Connect to black conductor for line, the white conductor for Neutral, and the green conductor for Ground.

Secure the connections with wire nuts approved for the conductor sizes (not supplied with fi xture).

WARRANTYLighting Science Group Corporation warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer or end-user customer of a Lighting Science authorized reseller, and does not apply to fuses, batteries or to any product which, in Lighting Science’s opinion, has been misused, altered, neglected or damaged by accident or abnormal conditions of operation or handling.

Lighting Sciences warranty obligation is limited, at Lighting Science’s opinion, to refund of the purchase price, or free-of-charge repair and/or replacement of defective product or component which is returned to an authorized Lighting Science repair facility within the warranty period.

To Make a Warranty Claim: Retain the failed Product(s) and invoice(s), and notify your Lighting Science sales representative or agent in writing within thirty (30) days of the Product’s failure. To establish a claim under this Limited Warranty, proof of installation by a licensed electrician will be required. Lighting Science may require the return, at your cost, of the product claimed to be defective to a facility designated by Lighting Science.

THIS WARRANTY IS PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IN IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO , ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, RELIANCE OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

Since some countries and states do not allow limitation of the term of an implied warranty, or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the limitations and exclusions of this warranty may not apply to every buyer. If any provision of this warranty is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such holding will not a ect the validity orenforceability of any other provision of this warranty.
