VIVA began their search for a solution to increase business operational e�iciency, reduce manual operations and errors, decrease time to market, safely introduce new revenue opportunities, protect their partnerships and improve cash-flow forecast. The uniqueness of ZIRA’s Wholesale Business Revenue management (WBRM) so�ware solution addressing VIVA’s needs along with strong references from ZIRA’s customers ultimately convinced VIVA Bahrain to select ZIRA WBRM 6.0, i.e. the ZIRA Trading & Routing (TRM) and ZIRA Rating & Billing (ICB) modules to replace their legacy systems.

ZIRA commitment to VIVA’s tight deadlines of in total 4-6 months from the Contract execution to Ready-for-Production and first parallel run of fully implemented and integrated ZIRA system into VIVA landscape, additionally proved ZIRA’s dedication to VIVA’s best interest on mutual satisfaction. Also thanks to agility and timely support of VIVA Bahrain teams the project was successfully completed within the agreed timeline and budget.

As soon as the ZIRA WBRM so�ware solution was in place, VIVA Bahrain saw immediate improvements in flexibility and e�iciencies of handling rate sheets, routing orders, tra�ic & commitments control as well as automate Supplier’s invoices management (load, items breakout, validation, reconciliation, disputable items recognition) regardless of the received Invoice format, template and items breakout.

ZIRA WBRM solution proved to overcome the limitations of VIVA’s legacy system, by automating the manual work of VIVA Bahrain’s Wholesale Business & Operations sta�, and enabling rule-based control of commitments and tra�ic attributes as well as the business realizations insight for user analysis. The system reduces the manual work by ~70%, resulting in an overall increase in VIVA Bahrain’s operational e�iciency.
