REGISTRATION:
1. USA athletes and coaches registration must be submitted through USA gymnasticswebsite usagym.org : Member Services> Club Registration> Meet Reservations
2. International athletes and coaches must be submitted through email:[email protected]
Registrations will be accepted in the order in which payment will be received. A Limited spots of numbers are available in each level, after which additional registrations will be added to a waiting list.
Registration Deadline is November 30, 2017. ( based on availability). At this time registration confirmation will be emailed to all participants team.
A late fee of 30$ will be due for any registrations received after December 30, 2017 if space is available.

COACHES&JUDGES
Domestic: Coaches, judges and officials who professional members with current background and safety certification will be issued credentials. All coaches must have completed the U100 and U110 SafeSport.
International: USA Gymnastics requires all gymnasts, coaches and judges participating in USA Gymnastics sanctioned events to be registered members of USA Gymnastics. All AUDIENCE: We will charge admission fee 30$ for 1 day and 50$ for 2 days.

*all participant are responsible for making their own travel, accommodation and transportation.
MUSIC:
All music must be submitted before February 1, 2018. Music files must be submitted in MP3 or MA4 format and named as follows: Gymnasts name_level_apparatus_Team Where to send the music we will let you know through email after your registration.
A late fee of 30$ per athlete will be due for any music received after February 1,2018.
RULES:
Level 3-8 follow the Rhythmic JO Handbook, level 9-10 follow the current FIG Code of Point.

DIFFICULTY FORMS:
Level 7-8 Difficulty Forms (2 hard copies of each D-form) must be submitted in PDF Format through email: [email protected] before February 17, 2018.
A late fee of 30$ per athlete will be due for any Forms received after February 17, 2018.
SCHEDULE:
A tentative schedule will be posted by January 10, 2018 and the final schedule will be emailed to participating teams approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
AWARDS:
Athletes will be awarded in each level by age division. Awards will be given to the top 8 in each event & all around. Awards will be given to the top 3 gymnasts in each level ( regardless of age ) 3 Gymnasts who will receive the highest score in each level will be awarded. 1 Gymnast, who will show the best expression will be awarded in each level. 1 Gymnast, who will show the hardest routine will be awarded in each level. 1 Gymnast - “Miss Tournament” will be awarded in each level. Team awards will be given to the top 3 teams per level. ( team scores for each level will be calculated using the 3 highest scores from each event.
