It’s been 20 years since Vitrocsa began in Switzerland. Swiss engineers, being inspired by California minimalist architecture, developed a unique idea. They wanted to create large sliding glass structural elements that support window space and therefore minimalise the framework.
The engineers combined Swiss watch precision technology with a slim 18mm thermally broken alumiunium profile to develop the stainless steel ball bearing mechanism. The mechanism delivers a silent, effortlessly fluid movement of the glass panels which are suitable for everyday use with no special maintenance required.
With unique design, Vitrocsa have been able to hide framework within the building’s structure which acts as a channel for the glass to glide through. Vitrocsa eliminates the need for large, chunky, obtrusive frames with a great advantage of allowing glass sizes up to 18m2. This resulting in luxury products with hidden rails and inconspicuous frames.
With our evolving range of products, we apply fresh technology to our design in order to meet the architectural trends and the requirements of our clients. With Vitrocsa products being installed in over 20 countries, our products are proven and tested to excellent results.

VITROCSA TH+
Using 32 mm or 44 mm double or triple glazing the Vitrocsa TH+ range allows for sliding window surfaces of up to 18m2. The excellent insulating properties of the profiles, in combination with the glass enable current low enery consumtion standards to be met.
VITROCSA SWIMMS
Our new Swimms range has been designed to enable all window types and thicknesses to be catered for 10 to 20 mm for the Swimms Mono and 26 to 64 mm for the Swimms insulated. The revolutionary profile assembly system ensures outstanding properties.
VITROCSA 3001
Using 26 mm double glazing the Vitrocsa 3001 range allows for sliding window surfaces of up to 6m2.

INVISIBLEOur new Invisible Frame System hides the tracks within the flooring and ceiling to provide a seamless continuation of flooring between inside and outside areas. This product offers a truly minimalist solution with clean aesthetics.
Panels slide easily with only 10mm slot visible.
INVISIBLE FRAME SYSTEM
TURNABLEThe latest product developed by Vitrocsa. Sliding glass panels designed to slide around corners with the glass functioning as a structural support. Originally designed for a project in Greece where the architect wanted the glass to slide around the corners and into a box. The system is available in a vast range of possible configurations depending on the specific demands of each project.
Window with aluminium alloy structure profile width of 20mm. This allows window surfaces up to a maximum surface per panel of 8m² using the Vitrocsa TH+ system. The profile may be in a choice of Anodized 25 micron clear (standard) or coloured aluminium alloy structure, or choose from an infinite range of RAL colours.

SLIDINGThe glass functions as a structural support and glides along the base track on a roller system fit with stainless steel ball bearings. The bearing system may be specially adapted for projects near the sea. The system is available in Fixed or Sliding or combination of both and allows a vast range of possible configurations depending on the specific demands of each project. Depending on panel sizes and thermal and wind requirements we have a sliding product to suit your project.
Slim framed sliding glass door system with aluminium alloy structure profile of 18mm wide that allows window surfaces up to a maximum surface per panel of 18m² using the Vitrocsa TH+ system. The profile may be in a choice of Anodized 25 micron clear (standard) or coloured aluminium alloy structure, or choose from an infinite range of RAL colours. Button-locking available in 3-point locking and cylinder locking with key.

HELPING MOVE ARCHITECTURE FORWARD
GUILLOTINEThe vertical sliding windows operate with extreme precision counter-balancing for easy handling up and down. Available in Fixed or Guillotine with motorisation option available. Vertical bearing system in stainless steel or specially adapted for projects near the sea.
Utilizes the same 18mm vertical profile width as the fixed, sliding and pivoting door profiles. The profile may be in a choice of Anodized 25 micron clear (standard) or coloured aluminium alloy structure, or choose from an infinite range of RAL colours. Button-locking available in 3-point locking and cylinder locking with key.

Vitrocsa offers a 100% Swiss design service with a range of options and possibilites to fit our customers needs. We provide inspiration, guidance and encourage involvement to ensure the perfect design outcome. Our team of highly trained precise tehcnicians are focussed on perfect service, quality and a successfull installation of all projects.
MAINTENANCE
With our products being extremely reliable and durable, we are able to keep maintenance to a minimum. Our aluminium and stainless steel parts require minimal maintenance and therefore can be done with ease with our removable tracks. We ensure these parts are removable to allow for clearing of debris from natural weathering. It is essential to ensure our Vitrocsa products are maintained to ensure their excellent properties stay intact throughout the year.
