Experience the pure taste of this Superior Grade Olive Oil

from the Peloponnese.

A slightly fruity, but not bitter taste. Only perfectly ripened

Koroneiki olives are used for this premium olive oil. The olives

come exclusively from this small region in the Peloponnes and

are not blended with any other olives.

First Grade Olive Oil.

The olive trees for this superior grade oil grow more than 500m

above sea level. The perfect location to adsorbe a maximum of

sunlight and turn it into pure taste and life.

Made exclusively of olives using purely mechanical procedures

The optimum ripeness of the olives determines the quality and

taste of a good olive oil. And it makes this oil so fruity and

exceptionally healthy.

The cold pressing is done at a temperature of 25 ° C. The oil is

not filtered and bottled only after several weeks of rest and

settling of suspended solids.

Naturally Cholestrol free – rich in unsaturated fatty acids.

processing, in this wonderful Greek region of Peloponnese . Without plantation economy, in natural

Our Koroneiki olives grow in ancient Sparta, on the Greek Peloponnese peninsula,. Here, our olive

trees enjoy unspoilt nature in about 500m altitude, with year round sunshine and above all with the

necessary time for the maturity of delicious olives.

Optimally ripened, Koroneiki olives selected by hand, placed in high‐quality olive oil and 2% vinegar.

Preserved with sea salt.

Through the natural drying the fruits lose weight. But they gain in

taste and are highly concentrated. Incidentally, this is the only

way to consume the olives without any denaturation.

Vita Verde – Pioneer of Organically Grown Olives

The respectful treatment of the earth, sustainable and organic farming and

above all a natural, healthy diet are dear values to Basile Teberekides. He

himself, a trained philosopher, is from Greece, is now at home in

Cologne/Germany and has been for years engaged in healthy eating.

Basile Teberekides is one of Pioneers of organically produced food in Germany and Greece. 20 years

ago the Greek‐born Basile discovered an ancient grove of olive trees, on the island of Thassos in the

Aegean Sea that became the basis of his business. Due to the extensive care of the local olive

growers some of the trees already reached a biblical old age of 2,500 years

His insights and knowledge led him to courageous and vigorious action: Basile was one of the first

who attracted several other growers in Greece to convert their olive groves to organic farming: no

chemical fertilizers, no pesticides, no artificial irrigation and to refocus on the Natural and Pure.

If possible, everything should be allowed to grow completly naturally, and you can taste it today in

the olives. Taste, aroma and also the life‐giving ingredients are far more concentrated.

Since then the fair pay and a close cooperation successfully secures the income of several families

who grow the olives for Vita Verde ever since. Abandon their agriculture because of declining

revenue, does not threaten these farmers even in times of price decline and the major European

competition. On the contrary, the constant high light growth of Vita Verde secured their existence.

Controlled Biologial Cultivation All Vita Verde olives are grown controlled and organically according to EU Regulations for biological

Cultivation. That is, they are free from fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. For this top quality of our
