i grew up in Dolton, IL…
and moved to Crown Point, IN
when I was 9 yrs. old…
played a LOT of tennis
yep, you’re looking at a
high school team captain!
i worked here
on the weekends…
not kidding
i left Sizzler to pursue
a job at a waterpark…
turned out to be my
first experience
planning corporate
events
because my
boyfriend worked
there and i thought i
was cool
i studied at
Indiana University

and earned a
degree in speech
& hearing
sciences
that i didn’t know what to do with
so i moved here

school programs for inner
city youth in Chicago

with a sprinkle of
fundraising
& event planning
in 2003, i started at a
business association
that advocated
for Illinois manufacturers
i was hired to plan
golf outings &
luncheons
4 years later I had…
• helped rebrand the organization
• Interviewed hundreds of business owners &
developed a needs assessment tool for
manufacturing companies
• started a new org called The Alliance for IL
Manufacturing
• scored the title “VP of Business Development”
i left the non profit world
to launch a new division at
Securitas
B2B marketing strategy,
events, social media,
branding, website, SEO
we began as a team of
2 so I did a lil’ bit of
everything
in April 2011…
i took a job at
LinkedIn!
to work with these clowns
leading LinkedIn’s N. American
Field Marketing team
it’s been sunshine &
rainbows ever since
i moved here in 2012

Ireland & Nordics!
then I moved to
London in Feb 2014
in November 2014 i changed roles at LinkedIN
to lead Marketing for the Search & Staffing
segment in Europe, the Middle East & Africa
