I prepared the long-term sales revenues by building competitive advantages:1. Revising the 1st UAE Fire Code to recommend European standards/systems (LOBBYING)

and being appointed Member of the UAE Civil Defence Fire Code Council

2. Preparing the business development of the UAE housing market with complete product

offer for 2 activities: Ventilation & Central Vacuum Cleaning

I increased the product offer competitiveness by:1. Educating and raising awareness through trainings and technical seminars

2. Marketing few innovative solutions from France for specific applications

3. Developing new local products: UL/BS certified line of fire dampers, airtight volume control

dampers, VAV with more actuator options, thermostat…

I cut marketing costs by 3 in 2011 while:1. Increasing the media coverage by 2 via technical articles & press releases (expert image)

Focus as an open platform provider for Wireless IFE and Connected EFB by:

1. Delivering and harmonizing all marketing/sales tools (website, social media, brochures,

caste studies, videos) with a more dynamic image

2. Increasing customer access, visibility and media coverage worldwide by participating in 10

events in 2013 all over Asia, Europe and America (Interiors Expo, Paris Air Show, APEX…).

I have created VALUE by delivering quick results on versatile missions for my 2 clients:

My 5 missions (under NDA) revolved around the study & analysis of the Asia-Pacific Business

Aviation market with creation of databases, automated excel tools, simulation tools and business

models for new business development initiatives
