enjoyed by everyone in the community.
Albuquerque’s 1% for Art Program began in 1978, and is one of the oldest programs in the United States. The art is paid for through 1% of voter-approved bonds. There are more than 700 pieces in our
public art collection, and you can see some of them at the Zoo.
