PURE WATER AND HOW IT WORKS

The system works by passing tap water through reverse osmosis and/or de-mineralising bead filters removing limestone, heavy metals, nitrates, chlorine, etc all of which are normally found in tap water, thus producing pure water.

This pure water naturally wants to return to its impure state, absorbing dirt particles efficiently.

When used in cleaning methods the pure water releases and removes dirt, without the use of chemicals, and dries leaving a streak-free finish.

Being modular in design, these tanks can be fixed into vehicles utilising a metal flange, as opposed to traditional systems which use whole metal frames. With the equipment cabinet mounted at the front of the tank, at the door opening, operation has never been easier…and with pumps, controllers and filters easily accessible, via the opening of the cabinet, maintenance and filter changes are simple and quickly achieved.

All tanks are baffled to restrict water movement in transit. With a height of less than 400mm these tanks offer safe, low centre of gravity systems, while taking up minimal van space. With these low level tanks and by installing a false floor, the van load area can be utilised further for a multitude of purposes and transit of other needed equipment.

The new SMARTANK ™ is a welcome addition to the STREAMLINE ® range of van-mounted tank systems.

SMARTANK ™ System key points

STREAMLINE® water filtration systems are designed to be used for window cleaning, bus cleaning, boat cleaning etc. where a spot-free finish is essential. To achieve this, the system has a series of filters to produce pure water with a reading of 0ppm. However, the filters require maintenance from time to time to ensure optimum efficiency.

All van-mounted systems are fitted in-house at Varitech Systems. Thisensures every system is made and fitted to customers’ specifications. If you are in a soft water area (<150) you would only require a Resin Bead System, and if you are in a hard water are you would require a full Reverse Osmosis System.

The high tech microfibre pad is washable up to 500 times, without losing its integrity, and when slightly moistened cuts through grease and other soil found on glass in almost no time at all.
