We need an organized entity, with professional staff, that will

connect the separate groups - churches, schools, non-profits,artists, businesses and increase coordination around arts

production and involvement

We need public and private funding for a theatre operator that is

committed to fulfilling the community vision (celebrity potential)

Work in conjunction with operating educational entitiesand existing civic and arts groups
