Latency Duration between the time a user initiates an action, such as clicking on a hyperlink, and

the time until the last byte is transmitted to the client application or Web browser Throughput

Number of concurrent requests that a server or server farm is able to process Data scale

Content size and data corpus that the system can host. The structure and distribution of the content databases has a significant impact on the time it takes the system to process requests (latency) and the number of concurrent requests it can serve (throughput)

Reliability Measurement of the ability of the system to meet the targets set for the latency and

throughput over time
