VIRTUAL EVENT PRODUCTION SERVICES Evia is the leader in the following virtual event production services. Program Management, Project Management, Technical Producers and Technical Support make up the team that manages the onboarding and delivery of Virtual Event Sessions.

Capacity is determined by the number of project hours per session. We include 3 project hours per virtual session. The service capacity is an estimated 10 concurrent sessions per day. If any requests exceeds capacity, the resources will coordinate with Stakeholders to first determine if an extended SLA is reasonable before requesting additional budget and resources.

TechnicalProgramManagerEvia will allocate a Technical Program Manager who will manage Intake, Stakeholder Management, Pipeline Governance, and Author and Owner Support (office hours). This includes partnership with all Technologies, Customer Success, Consumer Sales and Marketing and Commercial Sales teams for onboarding to the virtual sessions on to the virtual platforms, hand-off, management of deliveries, and coordination and integration with virtual event systems and partners.

Project ManagerEvia will allocates a Project Manager will manage the overall content development, publication, and delivery logistics, which includes partnership, coordination, and integration with virtual event systems and partners.


EVIA VIRTUAL EVENT PRODUCTION SERVICESProgramCoordinatorEvia will allocate one Program Coordinator who will manage course metadata and content preparation, content change management, and content expiration. The Program Coordinator will also manage production logistics: media ser-vices, storage services, and content resource allocations in addition to coordi-nating with our Technical Program Manager, as needed.

Technical SupportEvia will allocate resources, listed below, (not to exceed 160 hours/month total) to provide 8/5 support beginning no earlier than Mondays at 7am and ending no later than Fridays at 5pm. Services included in this proposal are Tier 1 Technical Support and include monitoring of email and web site inquiries and live chat support.

ContentManagement Ensure all necessary resources are accessible and uploaded into live sessions, as well as on the applicable virtual learning platform.

FileTrimmingEach file is renamed by session code, trimmed in the front and back for a clean beginning and end, and run through a thorough QA check for any issues.

FileHandoffAll files created during the Media Production processes will be uploaded to the applicable virtual learning platform for hosting. Standard SLA for content handoff is within 2 hours of session occurrence.
