 ABOUT THE PROJECT 

Vipul Lavanya is a new project launched by Vipul Group at Sector 81,

Gurgaon. Vipul Lavanya is offering 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments to its

residents. The space in Vipul Lavanya is expected to be very well utilized,

so that the children can enjoy and play freely. It is believed that the

homes in Vipul lavnaya would meet international standards, with ultra

LOCATION 

Vipul Lavanya is built around a Green Hub and is located in Sec 81,

Gurgaon. IMT Manesar is just five minutes away from Vipul Lavanya and itwould take only five minutes to reach NH8. A proposed metro station and

KMP Global Corridor are just ten minutes away from Vipul Lavanya. Also,

with the upcoming Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway, it would take around

half an hour to reach Delhi International Airport. As the project is close to

many important places in Gurgaon, therefore we expect significant price

appreciation in the future.

V ALUE FOR MONEY  

Vipul Lavanya is offering its apartments at a basic selling price of Rs. 3,250

per sq.ft. The area ranges from 1,225 sq.ft to 2,225 sq.ft. Total cost of one

apartment would range from Rs. 48 lacs to Rs. 90 lacs, depending upon

the type of flat viz 2bhk, 3BHK and 4BHK. Other charges such as EDC, IDC,

IBMS, Parking, Maintenance and PLC etc are applicable.

We believe that the prices are slightly on the higher side. However, if we

compare it with the prices of similar apartments in developed sectors of 

Gurgaon, then one can expect significant appreciation even from these

levels. We believe that middle income group and the high income group,

can easily afford the apartments offered by Vipul Lavanya.
