PVC Cellular VinylThe SL300 is a solid cellular PVC that is an excellent insulator, waterproof and

self-extinguishing. It will not rot and is termite-proof. It is extruded with a cel-

luca finish that resists dings and scratches. It is virtually maintenance-free, and

cleaning is a breeze.

Traditional LookThe look and quality your customers desire and below the cost of wood

shutters.

Dove-tail and Mitered Corner JointsThese features facilitate shipping and quick assembly of frames. They provide

a cabinet-looking finish so that no other trimming is required.

UV Painted FinishOur solid shutters feature a water-based paint finish that is treated with a UV

protectant.

Four Exclusive Color OptionsSkandia offers three color options to match our most popular wood blind

colors: Ultra White (344), True White (346), Alabaster (352), and Almost White

(365), all in a sleek gloss finish.

Core Material Complements FinishThe SL300’s core material is formulated to complement the painted finish. Thismeans the shutter color is the same throughout the entire shutter.

Stainless Steel StaplesAll panels are made with stainless steel staples that will not rust or corrode. The

staples also feature a self-gluing capability that ensures secure attachment

during manufacturing.

Divider Rail PlacementSkandia’s SunQuest SL300 offers the option of placing the divider rails toyour specifications with little-to-no migration. This allows the designer to keep

a uniform look while adding shutters to different-sized windows.

Hard Shell FinishSkandia offers the exclusive celluca finishing process. This process results in a

finish that is low maintenance and has excellent impact and skin durability.

Hinge OptionsChoose from hinge colors that match our louver colors of True White, Almost

White Antique Brass, Brass, Nickel Satin and Oil Bronze to create the look that

matches the decor.

Paintable SurfaceThe SunQuest®SL300 louvers are painted with a high grade water-based paint

that can be repainted for after-market customization.

Additional InsulatorThis helps reduce heating and air conditioning costs, also reduces outside noise.

Environmentally FriendlyThe SL300 is made almost entirely of recyclable materials. This allows our

shutters to be considered environmentally friendly and not add to waste

management problems.

WaterproofThe SL300 is ideally suited for above kitchen sinks and in bathrooms or other

high-humidity areas. The stainless steel staples Skandia uses will not rust and

the shutters will not warp or crack.
