Slottet château d’yquem i Sauternes anses for at være verdens bedste producent af indbydende og langtidsholdbare søde vine. i 2001 var vækstbetingelserne helt optimale, og der svirrede derfor længe rygter om, at denne årgang skulle blive noget ganske særligt. Rygtet talte sandt, resultatet er en enestående vin, yderst kompleks, enorm frugtrig duft og en vidunderlig lang smag.

yquem er kendt for sin ekstremt høje kval-itet, men det er første gang siden årgang 1847, at vinen tildeles de 100 point af Rob-ert Parker. wine Spectator tildeler ligeledes 100 point. Jeg har selv haft lejlighed til at smage vinen tre gange og erklærer mig enig.

Chateaud’YqueminSauternesisconsideredtobetheWorldsbestproducerofluscioussweetwineswhicharesuitableforlongtermstoring.In2001thegrowingconditionswereattheiroptimum.Thereforetherewererumoursthatthisvintageshouldbeparticularlyexcellent.Therumourwascorrectthewineisexception-al,verycomplex,inthenosetherearemassesoffruitflavoursandtheaftertasteisverylong.

Yquemiswell-knownforitsextremelyhighquality,butitisthefirsttimesince1847thatishasbeengivena100pointratingbyRobertParker.WineSpectatoralsogivesthiswine100points.IhavetastedthewinethreetimesandIagree.

chateau Mouton Rothschild “R. c.” 1945 er en legende i flaskeform, der kun sjældent bliver udbudt på auktion. vinen høster altid enorm ros i vinanmeldelser. vin-skribenten Michael Broadbent sprang sin egen fem-stjernede skala og tildelte denne vin seks stjerner. Robert Parker, en anden anerkendt vinanmelder, skriver begejstret, at vinen er en ”consistent 100- point wine (only be-cause my point scale stops at that number)”.

Bogstaverne “R. c.”, der er trykt på etiket-ten, står for Reserve du chateau, altså en vin fra slottets egne reserver. Slottet tappede og gemte, hvad der svarer til 2000 normal-flasker i årgang 1945, som var beregnet til slottets eget forbrug. det er den generelle opfattelse blandt kendere, at flasker, der har stemplet “R. c.”, er af højere kvalitet end den normale cuvée.

Årgang 1945 opfattes generelt som det forgangne århundredes bedste årgang i Médoc. det var endvidere en årgang med en usædvanlig lille produktion.

Både etiket, kapsel prop og væskestand fremstår i en kvalitet langt over, hvad man med rimelighed kan forvente af en over 60 år gammel flaske.

ChateauMoutonRothschild“R.C.”1945isabottledlegendthatisonlyrarelyavailableatauctions.Thiswineisalwaysgiventhehighestpraisebywinecritics.MichaelBroadbenthadtoexceedhisownfive-starscaleandgiveitsixstars.RobertParker,anotherhighlyacclaimedwinecritic,wasjustasexcited.Hewrotethatthiswineisa“consistent100-pointwine(onlybecausemypointscalestopsatthatnumber)”.

Theletters“R.C.”printedonthelabeldenote“ReserveduChateau”therebysignifyingthatthisisawinefromthechateau’sownreserves.Ofthisparticularvintagethechateaubottledandkeptwhatamountsto2000bottlesmeantforthechateauitself.Itisthegeneralopinionamongconnoisseurs,thatbottlesmarked“R.C.”areofahigherqualitythantheregularcuvée.

1945isgenerallyheldtobethebestvintageofthe20thcenturyinMédoc.Furthermore,thisvintagewascharacterisedbyanunusuallysmallproduction.

Judgingfromlabel,cap,corkandwinelevelthewineappearstobeinfarbetterconditionthancouldreasonablybeexpectedfromabottlethatismorethan60yearsold.

Robert Parker, der giver vinen 100 point, sammenligner den med vin der er af samme høje kvalitet, bare cirka 30 år yngre. han siger endvidere, at den mildest talt er ”out of this Universe”.

1921 er en af det 20. Århundredes største årgange, og indholdet i denne Petrus er af umådelig høj kvalitet der er ikke mange der har haft mulighed for at smage vinen i nyere tid, men de få der har haft fornøjelsen giver den topkarakter. det er vores klare opfattelse at denne vin stadig kan drikkes men samtidig er oplagt som fremtidig investering.

Magnumflasken er et uhyre sjældent syn på disse breddegrader, specielt i denne stand. væskestanden er meget høj og ka-pslen er skåret af under dråbekanten for at verificere vinens årgang. Etiketten er intakt og pæn og vinens farve vurderes mørk og klar. det er en enestående flaske som vi er stolte af at kunne præsentere.

Køber er den byder, der får hammerslag. Den, derbyder for andre, hæfter som selvskyldnerkautionist forberigtigelsenafkøbet.På opfordring fra Bruun Rasmussen Kunstauktioner(herefter benævnt Bruun Rasmussen), skal alle bydere,hvadenten de ønsker at afgive et bud ved personligtfremmødepåauktionsstedet eller afgive enkommissionpr. brev eller fax eller byde direkte pr. telefon, kunnedokumentere deres betalingsdygtighed samt til enhvertid identificere sig. BruunRasmussen er altid berettigettilatnægteatacceptereetbud,hvispåforlangendeikketilstrækkeligsikkerhederstilletellerenpassendeàcontobetalingharfundetsted.Bud afgives af byderen ved personligt fremmøde påauktionsstedetellervedskriftligkommission.Afgivelseafbudpr.telefonermuligtundervisseforudsætninger,derafgøres afBruunRasmussen.BruunRasmussenpåtagersig intet ansvar for eventuelle fejl eller fejltagelser, dermåtte opstå ved brug af denne service. § 2. BetAling

For katalognumre, der handles til brugtmoms, opgøreskøbesummensomhammerslagsprisenmedtillægaf25%iauktionsomkostningerinklusiveafgift.Vissekatalognumrehandlesefter særlige regler til fuld-moms, såudoverauktionsomkostningerpå20%,bereg-nes moms på 25% af hammerslag og auktionsomkost-ninger. Hvilke katalognumre der sælges til fuldmomsfremgårafkatalogetmedstjerne*.Danske momsregistrerede købere skal overfor os oplysederes SE-/CVR-nr. (moms-nr.), da dette skal anføres pådefakturaer,hvorvarenkøbesifuldmoms.For visse udenlandske købere gælder der særlige reglerfor afgiftsfritagelse jvf. § 3. § 3. AfgiftsfritAgelse

Udenlandske købere, der opfylder nedennævnte beting-elser, betaler 20% i auktionsomkostninger af hammer-slaget,ogbliverikkebelastetafdanskeafgifter.

A. KØBEREMEDBOPæLIETANDETEU-LAND: Købere, som er momsregistreret i et andet EU-land,

fritagesforatbetaledanskmoms,nårmomsregistre-ringendokumenteresoverforBruunRasmussen,somskalpåføremomsnummeretpåfakturaen.

B. KØBEREMEDBOPæLUDENFOREU:1 Forsendelsegennemspeditør:Effekter,dereksporteres

gennem en af Bruun Rasmussen godkendt speditør,fritagesforafgift.

2 Udførsel som rejsegods: Der kan ske fritagelse fordansk afgift, når køberen selv medtager det købteunder forudsætning af, at følgende betingelser eropfyldt: Fakturaen skal være betalt, og den danskeafgiftpå25%affakturabeløbetskalværedeponerethosBruunRasmussen.

a Købere med fast bopæl i Norge vil få den danskemoms refunderet, så snart Bruun Rasmussen harmodtaget købsfakturaen retur med påtegning omofficielindførselfradetendeligelandstoldmyndighedellerandenpåomsætningsafgiftsområdetkompetentmyndighed,hviskøbetoverstigerDKK1.200.

b KøberemedfastbopælandrestederudenforEUvilfå den danske moms refunderet, efter at effekternehar været forevist til toldbehandling i forbindelsemed køberens udrejse fra EU. EksportørblankettenreturnerestilBruunRasmussenefteratværeforsynetmed et toldvæsens attest for udførslen, hvis købetoverstigerDKK300.DettegælderogsåforFærøerneogGrønland.

§ 4. AfgiftsBetAling

A. Momsregistrerede i andre EU-lande, der ikke ønskeratgørebrugaf§3,kanistedetvælgeathandletilbrugtmoms/fuldmomspåligefodmedprivatekøbere.Dette skal meddeles os inden kl. 10 den følgendeauktionsdag.

B. Momsregistrerede i Danmark kan vælge at købe tilfuldmomsmed25%afbådehammerslagogauktions-omkostninger. Dette skal meddeles os inden kl. 10denfølgendeauktionsdag.

§ 5. udlevering

Købesummenskalværebetalt,indendetkøbtekanudle-veres til køberen.Det købtehenligger frahammerslagetforkøbersregningogrisiko.Forvarer,derikkeerafhen-tet 14 dage efter hammerslaget, vil der blive opkrævetopbevaringsgebyr. Købte varer, der er betalt, men ikkeafhentet, vil efter 1 år blive videresolgt for købers reg-ningvedauktionellerunderhånden.

§ 6. forsendelse

Såfremt Bruun Rasmussen påtager sig at emballere ogfremsende købte varer, sker dette på købers regning





og risiko. Bruun Rasmussen kan således ikke drages tilansvarforskaderforvoldtpåkøbtevarerunderforsend-elseellerforforsvundneforsendelser.

§ 7. kunstnerAfgift til copy-dAn cd

Ifølge gældende dansk lovgivning om ophavsret skal deropkrævesfølgeretsvederlagpåværkerafallenyeredan-ske og visse udenlandske kunstnere. Følgeretsvederlagetopkræves hos køber af Bruun Rasmussen på vegne afkunstnernesorganisationCopy-Dan,fordekunstværker,dereromfattetaf loven.Disseværkerermærket CD forCopy-Danudforkatalognummeret.Følgeretsvederlaget beregnes som følger for det enkeltekunstværk:• 5%afdendelafhammerslagsprisen,derliggermellem

Gives eksporttilladelseikke,erKulturværdiudvalgetforpligtettilatovertagedetkøbtetildenopnåedepris,hvilketbetyderatkøbetbliverhævetforkøber.

§ 9. kAtAlogisering

Alt sælges i den stand, hvori det ved hammerslaget erat forefinde og som beskrevet i kataloget med senereoffentliggjorteændringerogmodifikationer.Katalogiseringen er foretaget efter bedste overbevisningog under anvendelse af de anførte katalogiseringsprin-cipper.Desolgteeffektererofteafenalderellerafenart,derbevirker, at de kan være behæftet med fejl, mangler,restaurering eller beskadigelser, der ikke nødvendigvisangives i kataloget. Afbildninger i kataloget er blot tilidentifikation og kan ikke anvendes til vurdering afeffekternesstand.Enhver der ønsker at byde på auktion, bør derfor vedselvsynpådeførauktionenafholdteeftersynforvissesigomdeønskedeeffektersstand.Katalogbeskrivelsenerudtrykfordenpåtidspunktetforkatalogetstrykningblandt lærdeogeksperterherskendeopfattelse.Skullederefterkøbetopståtvivlomdetkøbtesægthedeller dettes overensstemmelse med katalogbeskrivelsen,skaldettestraksmeddelestilBruunRasmussen.

Såfremtdetmåerkendes,atdetkøbteerenforfalskning,eller såfremt katalogbeskrivelsen har været behæftetmedvæsentligefejl,derharmedførtenvæsentlighøjerehammerslagspris, end en korrekt katalogbeskrivelse måantagesatvillehaveresultereti,erkøberberettigettilatannullerekøbet,hvorefterdensamledeerlagtekøbesum,doghøjstdenikatalogetangivnehøjestevurderingspristillagt auktionsomkostninger og evt. moms, vil bliverefunderetkøber.Væsentligefejlikatalogbeskrivelsenrelaterettilmålellervægterstatteskunprocentueltiforholdtildifferencen.Rettentilunderdeheranførtebetingelseratannullereetkøbkankunudøvesafden,derkøbtedenpågældendeeffekt hos Bruun Rasmussen og er betinget af, at kravomannulleringfremsættesskriftligtoverforBruunRas-mussen inden2årefterkøbsdagen,ogafatdetkøbteindensammefrist returneres tilBruunRasmussen idensammestandienhverhenseende,somdetkøbtevaripåhammerslagstidspunktet.Køber kan i tilfælde af annullering ikke gøre kravpå betaling af renter af købesummen og er ej hellerberettiget til at kræve anden udgift eller tab, herundereventuelmistetvideresalgsfortjeneste,dækket.Et køb kan ikke kræves annulleret efter ovenståendebestemmelser,såfremt:a beskrivelsen i kataloget på hammerslagsdagen var

i overensstemmelse med den på dette tidspunktgældendeopfattelseblandtlærdeogeksperter.

Thebuyershallbethehighestbidderatthe“hammerprice”.Anypersonbiddingonbehalfofathirdpartyshallbeliableinsuretyforcompletionofthesale.AttherequestofBruunRasmussenKunstauktioner(herein-aftercalledBruunRasmussen),allbidders,whethertheywishtomakebids inpersonat theplaceofauctionorcommis-sionbidsbyletterorfaxordirecttelephonebids,shouldbeabletodocumenttheirabilitytopayandbeabletoprovideproofofidentityatanytime.BruunRasmussenisentitledtorefusetoacceptabidif,whenrequested,adequatesecurityoradequatepaymentonaccounthasnotbeenrendered.Bids should be made by the bidder in person at the placeof auction or bywritten commission. B.BUYERSRESIDINGOUTSIDETHEEU:1 Dispatch through forwarding agent: Lots exported

throughaforwardingagentapprovedbyBruunRasmus-senareexemptfromVAT.

2 Exportaspersonalluggage:GoodsmaybeexemptfromDanishVATwhen thebuyer personally takes thegoodsout of the country as luggage, provided the followingconditionshavebeenmet:

TheinvoicemusthavebeenpaidandtheDanishdutyof25% of the invoice amount must have been depositedwithBruunRasmussen.

b Buyers residing in other countries outside the EU willbe refunded theDanishVATafter thegoodshavebeenpresented for customs clearance in connectionwith thedepartureofthebuyerfromtheEU.Theexporter’sformshould be returned to Bruun Rasmussen after beingendorsedwiththecustomsauthorities’exportcertificateif thepurchasepriceexceedsDKK300ThisalsoappliestotheFaroeIslandsandGreenland.

§ 4. pAyment of tAxes And duties

A. BuyerswithVAT-registrationinotherEUmemberstateswhodonotwish tomakeuseofArticle3may insteadchoosetopurchaseitemssubjecttoSpecialVAT/NormalVAT in the samemanner as private buyers. BruunRas-mussenmust be notified of this before 10 a.m. on thefollowingauctionday.

§ 8. export licence

Applications for an export licence must be made to theDanishCulturalAssetsCommitteewhenrequired inaccord-ancewith currentDanish legislation on the protection andpreservation of cultural assets in Denmark. Where sucha licence has not been obtained, the foreign buyerwill beinformedthereofimmediatelyafterthelothasbeenknockeddowntothebuyer.AnotherapplicationwillsubsequentlybesenttotheDanishCulturalAssetsCommitteebyBruunRas-mussenonbehalfofthebuyer,nowthatthepriceisknown.Shouldanexportlicencenotbegranted,theDanishCulturalAssetsCommitteewouldbeobligedtoacquirethepurchasedlotatthepurchaseprice,andthebuyerwouldthusnotbeboundtothepurchase.

§ 9. cAtAloguing

All lots are sold in the condition in which they are foundwhenknockeddownandasdescribedinthecataloguewithsubsequently published changes and modifications. Cata-loguingisdoneaccordingtothebestofBruunRasmussen’sknowledgeandonthecataloguingprinciplesstated.Thelotsauctionedareoftenofsomeageorofakindwhichmakes it possible that they may contain defects, deficien-cies,ormayhavebeensubjecttorestorationordamagenotnecessarilystatedinthecatalogue.Cataloguepicturesareforidentificationonlyandcannotbeusedforanevaluationoftheconditionofthegoods.Anypersonwhowishes tobid at an auction should there-foresatisfyhimselfoftheconditionofthelotsforwhichheintendstobidbypersonalinspectionatthepreviewheldpri-ortotheauction.Thecataloguedescriptionisanindicationoftheprevailingoppinionofscholarsandexpertatthetimeoftheprintingofthecatalogue.Ifanydoubtsshouldariseafter the purchase regarding the genuineness of the pur-chasedlotoritsconformancewiththecataloguedescription,
