VINESIA WHITE IGP DELLE VENEZIE Origin owned vineyard in Fiume Veneto. Grapes: 30 % Friulano 50 % Chardonnay 15 % Sauvignon 5 % other grapes. Characteristic Straw yellow, the nose recalls golden apples, the crust of fresh bread and white-fleshed peaches. VINESIA RED IGP DELLE VENEZIE Origin owned vineyard in Fiume Veneto. Grapes: 50 % Merlot 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon & Franc 10 % other grapes. Characteristic Ruby red color. Intense aroma, vinous with hints of blackberry and wild berries. In the mouth it is smooth, balanced, with an accent of tannin that makes you want to drink. Coupled with starters such as cold cuts, medium-aged cheese and pasta dishes. Excellent with preparations of white and red meat in general. Serve in large glasses at a temperature of 18 ° C.
