The open houses will begin and our marketing efforts are expanded to include:

The final weekend consists of an open house showing on Friday from 1:00-4:00 pm, the day before the auction. Auction day will start Saturday at 9:00 am with registration. Buyers are able to conduct a final walk-through and the auction will commence at 11:00 am. The property is sold, contracts are signed and deposits are taken immediately following.

Marketing OutlineThe DeCaro team, in conjunction with our advertising and PR firms, custom tailors an effective broad-reaching marketing campaign. Additionally, an analysis of the property is conducted with the seller, resulting in a marketing plan that is individually tailored to maximize exposure on a national and international level. Our strategic marketing plans are thoroughly designed to be a perfect match to each property and seller’s situation.

In custom designing a proprietary program we are able to closely define the specific needs of the client and at the same time design a cost effective, far-reaching advertising program with maximum exposure and with full transparency and disclosure there are no surprises for the sellers or buyers.

Shaquille O’Neal purchased a Fort Lauderdale, Florida estate assessed at $13.5 million and was listed at $17.5 million for over 4 years. It was sold for $14.4 million.

A Las Olas waterfront estate in Ft Lauderdale, Florida was assessed at $5 million. It was listed at $7.5 million for over 4 years and sold at auction for $7.2 million.

Oceanfront estate at Sailfish Point in Stuart, Florida was assessed at $5 million. It was listed for 2 years at $8.5 million and sold at auction for $6.25 million.

Waterfront estate in Naples, Florida was assessed at $7.5 million and was on the market for 2 years at $8.5 million. This home sold at auction for $7.15 million.

West Palm Beach estate was assessed at $4.5 million. It was listed at $5.5 million for over 3 years. We achieved $5 million via auction.

Naples, Florida estate was assessed at $7 million. It was listed at $10.5 million for over 6 years. It sold at auction for $8 million. Fort Lauderdale, Florida estate was assessed at $17.5 million.It was listed at $17.5 million for 3 years and sold at auction for its list price of $17.5 million.
