In terms of the orders issued by the Government in the reference cited, the following seven (7) existing Commercial Tax Circles are disbanded and to form seven (7) new Commercial Tax Circles, and also to make changes in the territorial jurisdiction of (44) other Circles in the A.P. State under Section 3-A of APVAT Act, 2005 will come into force with effect from 01.06.2016 as given below:

The employees working in the disbanded circles are allotted to the newly formed circles at SI.No.1 to 7 respectively.

The Deputy Commissioner (CT), Eluru is directed to provide accommodation to newly formed Jangareddygudem Cirlce at Jangareddygudem.

The Deputy Commissioner (CT), Vijayawada-I is directed to provide accommodation to newly formed Nuziveedu Cirlce at Nuziveedu.

The Deputy Commissioner (CT), Nellore is directed to provide accommodation to newly formed Addanki Cirlce at Addanki.

STATEMENT SHOWING THE NEW AND MODIFIED CIRCLES JURISDICTION INFORATION FURNISHED BY D.Cs

VISAKHAPATNAM DIVISION

1. China Waltair Circle new jurisdiction Adjoining areas of the biggest circle Dwarakanagar of the division are added and some parts of the circle bordering Kurupam Market & Suryabagh Circles are deleted, to be added to the both the above circles so that the continguity is not disturbed.

2. Daba Gardens Circle new jurisdiction

Some parts of the circle are deleted and added to Suryabagh & Kurupam Market circles to make them viable in terms of dealer base and revenue potentiality.

3. Dwarakanagar Circle new jurisdiction

The circle is the biggest circle with more than 3300 dealers unwieldy to monitor the revenue and thus some parts are deleted and added to the adjoining circles of China Waltair & Suryabagh.

4. SURYABAGH Circle new jurisdiction

The circle is the second smallest circle in terms of dealer base and revenue potentiality. To make it viable some parts of adjoining circles of China Waltair, Dwarakanagar & Dabagardens are added.

5. KURUPAM MARKET Circle new jurisdiction

The circle is the smallest circle in terms of dealer base and revenue potentiality. To make it some parts of adjoining circles of China Waltair & Dabagardens are added.

KAKINADA DIVISION

1. Kakinada Circle new jurisdiction

Jurisdiction comprises of Municipal area of Kakinada Town lying on the northern side of glass of junction (both sides of the main road) and areas of Kakinada municipality on the eastern side of main road from Glass House Junction to Gold Market Jundction. Proposed to adding uppada village (beach road)

2. Jagannaikpur Circle new jurisdiction

Jurisdiction comprises of Municipal area of Kakinada town lying on the southern side of Gold market junction including jagannaikpur and area of kakinada municipality on the western side of the main road Glass junction to gold martet junction. Village of Thurangi, Kovvuru of Kakinada Mandal. Tallarevu, kajuluru and karapa revenue Mandals. Main road opp to 2 town police statin to upto venus medicals, total temple street, warf road, opp.II Town, Raja tank land upto Gandhi Statue, Eleven pet upto pratapanagar bridge and samalkot road, Indrapalem and kovvada

3. Mandapeta Circle new jurisdiction

Jurisdiction comprises of Revenue Mandals of 1. Alamuru, mandapeta, kapileswara puram, Athreyaputam, 2. Municipal area of Mandapeta Town. Dulla Veeravaram, Muramanda, Kandiyapulanka, Kadiyapu savaram, jegurupadu, kondagutta besides kesavaram

4. Ambajipeta Circle new jurisdiction

5. Aryapuram Circle new jurisdiction

Jurisdiction comprises f Municipal area of 1. Rajahmundry town lying on the northern side of Godavari Rly. Track from Godowns of Railway station to thadhithota Railway bridge upto Marampudi junction, leading to lalacheruvu within the limit of Rajahmundry Muncipality 3. Revenue mandals of korukonda, Gokavaram, Seethanagaram, Rampachodavarm, Devipatnam, Maredumilli.

6. Rajahmundry Circle new jurisdiction

Jurisdiction comprises of Municipal area of Rajahmundry town Surrounded by Railway line(track) starting from Godavari bund ( Godavari Railway Station) upto tadithota Bridge, and Road starting from Thadithota Bridge pass through the Mangalavarapeta and leading to khamba Choultry at Godavari Bund. Pedda Masjid to Syamala Theatre, Magalavarpeta, areas left side.

7. Alcotgardens Circle new jurisdiction

Jurisdiction comprises of Municipal area of Rajahmundry town surrounded by road starting from Khambham Choultry Godavari bund passing through the Mangalavarapupeta and touching thadilthota Railway over bridge 1. Revenue Mandals of Kadiam and Rajanagaram 2. Village of Dowlaiswaram. Thadithota, MG Market AVA Apparao Raod Right side.

ELURU DIVISION

1. Eluru Circle new jurisdiction

Jurisdiction Consists of 4 Mandals Eluru, Pedapadu, Denduluru, Bhimadolu

2. Nidadavole Circle new jurisdiction

Jurisdiction Consists of 9 Mandals Nidadavole, Chagallu, Devarapalli, Kovvuru, Tallapudi, Polavaram, Gopalapuram, Koyyalagudem, Buttaigudem.

VIJAYAWADA-I DIVISION

1. Nuzivid Circle jurisdiction (New Circle)

2. Gudivada Circle new jurisdiction

The entire town of Gudivada in Gudivada Municipality of Gudivada Mandal. Gudlavalleru Mandal except area in No.II Diviison, Vijayawada. Mudunepalli Mandal except area in No.II Division, Vijayawada. Moturu Mandal, Nandivada Mandal, Pedaparupudi Mandal.

3. Indrakeeladri Circle jurisdiction (New Circle)

East

East relates to Krishnalanka Circle of No.II Division, Vijayaeada. Starting from North-East Corner Railway Line commencing from Rajiv Gandhi wholesale vegetable market alongside of Railway track to low bridge and there from western way of canal road, through T.V.S. Chalapathi Rao Statue along side of western side of sarai khana street and both sides of entire sivalayam street. From the corner of Bhavannarayana street up to the point where it touches the pulipativari street. From T.V.S. Chalapathi Rao statue to Indrakeeladri Hills including both sides of Brahmin Street up to Nehru Bomma Centre, where it touches the K.T. Road.

North

The area starts from eatern side of Krishna Main Canal via canal road ( low bridge) along western side of saraikhana street, Imdadghar Building and there from both sides of Bhavannarayana Street where it touches the pulipativari street starting from B.R.P. Road cross including bye-lanes where it touches the main bazaar i.e., smarangam chowk area. From southern side of Tunnel to Gollapudi by-pass road up to where it touches the north east corner of crambay road.

South

Bank of River Krishna commencing from eastern side of railway track leading to prakasam barriage and further leads via Kanakadurgamma Temple where it ends the Nagarjuna Street( Karakatta South Road)

West:

Bhavaniputam Krishna River Ghat via Nagarjuna Street, crossing NH-9 and leads to eatern side of crambay road ( side of H.S. Ameenudding Baba Darga) where it touches the Gollapudi Bye-pass Road.

4. Park Road Circle new jurisdiction

East

East relates to Krishnalanka Circle of No.II Division, Vijayawada. Starting from Railway property commencing from low bridge and both sides of Pandit Hawaharlal Nehru Road up to Railway Foot bridge. Both sides of entire park road. Bhavannara Street where it starts north Corner of Pulipativari Street and leads up to K.T. Road ( Both sides of Road Facing and includes Kutimbarao Street, Challamrajuvari Street, Tatakulavari Street and Kandulavari Street.

North

Starting from Railway Foot bridge, southern side of Hill road via P.N.J. Road, Saadhi Khana and where it cuts B.R.P. Road.

South

Starting from Railway property (low bridge) city bus terminal leading to eatern side of saraikhana street (West side of Kaleswara Rao Market Road). Further starting from entire north side of Pulipativari Street leads where it touches the Main Bazaar.

West

Starting from South-East corner towards west via T.V.S. Chalapathi Rao statute along watern side of sarikhana street up to kaleswara Rao Market complex and there from both sides of B.R.P. Road up to Panja Centre.

Further from South-west corner of pulipativari street up to K.T. Road including all the bye-lanes excluding Main Bazaar.

5. Samarngam Chowk Circle new jurisdiction

East:East relates to seetharampuram circle of No.II Division, Vijayawada

i. Starting from south East Corner Railway Line and leads to northern side i.e., wynchipeta, Gollapalem Gattu, Rajarajeswariepta K.L. Rao Nagar, New Raja Rajeswaripeta,

Milk Factory and the entire hill side of Valmiki Ashramam, Shiridia sai temple ( end point of K. T. Road where it ends the Hill area)

ii. Starting from I Town police station( B.R.P. Road) upto Panja excluding road facing and including Bye-lanes.

NorthStarting from eastern side of Railway Line ( back side of Milk Project)

to Hill side of Valmiki Ashramam, Shiridisai temple( end point of K.T. Road)South

i. Northern side of Sivalayam Street ( Excluding road face) commencint from western side of main road and leading to estern side of Brahmin Street where it ends.

ii. Starting from South-East Corner of park road ( I Town Police Station) where it touches at Bhavannarayana Street ( Excluding Road facing of Bhanavanna Stree) and includes all Bye-lanes up to K.T. Road end point.

WESTi. Eastern side of Brahmin Street ( excluding road face) including

all bye-lanes leads to Nehru Bomma Centre.ii. Starting from Nehru Bomma Centre( K.T. Road) to Valmiki

Ashramam and Saibaba Temple, both sides of Road facing and includes all bye-lanes.

6. Nandigama Circle new jurisdiction

East:

8. Bhavanipuram Circle jurisdiction (New Circle)

East:“Indrakeeladri Circle” of No.I Division, Vijayawada.

Starting from wes side of Nagarjuna street, starting from Bhavanipuram Ghat via crambay Road up to Gollapudi Bye pass road.

Northside of Tunnel road commencing from Tunnel via sitara road, kabela road, up to Y.S.R. Fly over. Further, villages of kotturu Tadepalli, Ambauram, P. Nynavaram Patapadu, Nunna and Jakkampudi.

North:

Starting from P. Nynavaram Village to Jakkampudi Village

South:
