GENERAL GUIDELINES :-

A school can participate in any one or all the 10 categories and within the categories they can participate in either 1 or 2 or all the groups.

Kindly send the complete Participation Form to the host school by 30th October, 2017 through E-mail/post or personally.

One teacher can escort the participating team(s).

Registration will be between 8.00 am to 8.30 am on all the days. Punctuality will be highly appreciated.

The elimination round / knock – out for the competition concerned will begin at 9.00 am sharp on all the days.

The escort teacher shall collect refreshment coupons at the time of registration.

The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Rules and Regulations

No. of participants : 1 per school

Time Limit : 4 to 6 minutes

Participants are not allowed to refer to any notes or printed material during presentation.

There should be no inclusion of singing, music, drama, costume props or artificial sound effects.

The decision of judges will be final and binding.

Topic : - Participants will assume the role of influential female personalities of the world from 5 countries (U.K, U.S.A, Pakistan, Myanmar and India) in the field of Sports / Politics.

Category : Classes XI-XII

Time limit :- 3 minutes

No. of Participant :- 1 per school


The competition is only for girl participant.

Participants must follow the time limit.

Warning bell will be at 2 ½ minutes.

Language used should be English only.

Marks will be given for the costume and make up.

The speaker can make use of props, without taking the help of any one in the background.

Background music can be used with the help of pen drive, the participant has to make her own arrangement.

Marks will be deducted if time limit exceeds

Recorded tunes are not allowed.

No electronic or western instruments allowed.

Upto three instruments can be used (Harmonium / Dholak or Tabla and Dafli).

Judgment criteria:

(a) Coordination.

(b) Singing quality

(c) Overall presentation.

Rules and Regulations for Geet (Duet):- Time limit will be 4 – 5 minutes.

Recorded tunes are not allowed.

Upto three instruments can be used (Harmonium / Dholak or Tabla and Dafli).

Judgment criteria:

(b) Singing quality

(c) Overall presentation.


General Rules: -

1. Students must be in their school uniform.

2. No pre – recorded songs, copyright songs, no songs from Hindi Movie or songs

from net are allowed.

3. Only one entry from school will be allowed in each category.

4. The teams will arrange their own instruments.

5. The decision of judges will be final and binding.

6. Two minutes will be given to each team / participants for stage setting. This will be

excluded from the time limit of the presentation.

7. The teams will be required to remove their stage settings immediately after the

performance.

8. Marks will be deducted if time limit exceeds.

Students need to prepare a PPT on any topic related to Maths other than syllabus. The chosen topic must focus on core Maths learning beyond textbook.

Students will bring PPT in pendrive for presentation and also submit a hardcopy of PPT.

Students will be judged on the basis of topics selected, content of topic, making of PPT and delivery of presentation.

The uniformity of dress is must i.e. in school uniform.
