Summer 1 st October– 30 th April

Whole house and grounds for full day (3pm-12am) - $1,700 Plus GST Whole house and grounds for half day (5pm - 10pm) - $1,350 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for full day (3pm-12am) - $1,250 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for half day (5pm – 10pm) $1,000 Plus GST

Winter and spring 1 st May – 30th September

Whole house and grounds for full day - $1,400 plus GST Whole house and grounds for half day (5pm-10pm) - $1,050 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for full day - $950 Plus GST Upstairs rooms only for half day (4pm – 9pm or 6pm – 11pm) $800 Plus GST

1. All indoor tables and chairs 2. Red herring catering will sit and discuss your ideas and create a menu to suit your function and

budget. 3. Consultations and tasting.4. Cake table and knife for cutting the cake.5. Note that we include the cost of the cleaning in the venue hire, however if there is a substantial

amount of cleaning afterword’s there will be a charge of $150.00 6. All prices are Ex GST
