DOUGH PREPARING SECTION

FLOUR SIFTERFlour sifter is intended for sifting and aeration of a set quantity of flour with further loading to the dough dish of spiral kneading machine. There is an opportunity of quick control of necessary quantity of flour.

FLOUR BATCHERFlour batcher is intended for batching of the required quantity of flour according to the recipe.

DOUGH KNEADING MACHINE Dough kneading machine is intended for intensive mixing of dough in bread and bakery goods production on enterprises of bakery and confectionery industry.

WATER BATCHER WITH HEATINGWater batcher with heating is intended for dosed supply of heated water into kneading machine during kneading the dough.

ROLLING AND DIVIDING MACHINE

Rolling and dividing machine is intended for thin dough ribbon forming with further roll out, stretching and cutting into pieces of necessary shape and size for transferring to the oven. Driving gears of machine are controlled with Italian motor-reducers. Flexible speed regulation of mechanisms is carried out with the help of frequency converters of leading German manufacturers.

ELECTRIC TUNNEL OVEN

Tunnel oven is intended for baking of dough pieces. The oven is covered with stainless steel; chamber enclosures are installed on the input and output of baking. Oven conveyor belt has track system. Flexible system of top and bottom zones heating control and baking time control. Cleaning of working hearth of oven is carried out by automatic cleaning system.

HUMIDIFIER

Humidifier is for humidification of baked thin bread with water. System of preliminary cooling before humidification; water purification filters for prevention of sprayer clogging. An even humidification of top and bottom of lavash is maintained, including water pressure control. Lavash counter is provided for production quantity calculation.

STABILIZING CONVEYOR

Stabilizing conveyor is intended for preliminary stabilization of moisture in humidified lavash in order to avoid sticking of lavash when putting it on accumulating conveyor.

ACCUMULATING CONVEYOR

Accumulating conveyor is intended for accumulating piles of lavash and their further stabilization. Conveyor is equipped with pedal control. Piles of lavash are put by operator to the input zone of accumulating conveyor and are transferred to the stabilization zone by pushing the pedal.

MOBILE CONTAINER FOR DOUGH

Mobile container for dough is intended for collection of cut dough during the forming of dough piece to the necessary size and its further transferring for recycling to dough kneading machine.
