OCTOBER OPEN BOARD MEETING

An informal and open board meeting will take place on Tues-day, October 6th at 7:30 P.M. in the clubroom. Board members will be in attendance, and will meet with shareholders individually and/or in small groups. Such meetings provide an excel-lent opportunity for shareholders to bring any and all matters of con-cern to the attention of the board. We find that numbers of sharehold-ers, having much to share, are uncomfortable speaking in the pres-ence of large groups. Accordingly, the informal meetings. All such matters, discussed with individual board members will be brought to the attention of all at their regular monthly meeting to be held following this open/informal gathering.

AND - REFRESHMENTS WILL BE SERVED PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PARTICIPATE

WE’RE GETTING A NEW ROOFTOP DOMESTIC WATER TANK

If all goes according to plan, we will have a new rooftop domestic water tank installed during the week of 10/5. Such water tanks, con-structed of wood, have a limited lifespan and must be replaced from time to time. The water tower presently on our roof is originalto the construction of the building. At this point, it is leaking badlyand is overdue for replacement.

AUTUMN IS HERE - CAN WINTER BE FAR AWAY? Enjoy the lovely autumn weather. Winter is on the way.We wish safe travels and good winter to all those who will be heading south. Please make sure to advise the office as to your tentative dates for leaving, your contact phone numbers, the names of locals to be contacted should there be and issue with your apartment, etc. Be assured that our staff will make regular visits to unoccupied units to check for freeze ups, leaks, etc. whileyou bask in the warmth of the sun in parts south. BE WELL, RETURN SAFELY, AND HAVE A WONDERFUL WINTER

A WORD ABOUT HOLIDAY PARKING While management makes every effort to accommo-date parking for all all guests on holidays, the number of available parking spaces on the grounds is finite. Twenty spaces are available in the garage. The overflow of guest vehicles are parked in the fifteen minute zone in front of the building. Parking for all guests on such occasions cannot be guaranteed despite the best efforts of our staff. Please be advised.

OUR SCULPTURE HAS A NAME As per the sculptor: “ Anahata Sculpture.”

The derivation is as follows:

Anahata (Sanskrit: अनाहत, IAST: Anāhata, English: "unstruck") or heart chakra is the fourth primary chakra, according to Hindu Yo-gic, Shakta and Buddhist Tantric traditions. In Sanskrit, anahata means "unhurt, unstruck and unbeaten”.

and “chakra” -

noun: chakra; plural noun: chakras(in Indian thought) each of the centers of spiritual power in the hu-man body, usually considered to be seven in number.

GARAGE ETIQUETTE

On numerous occasions, management has requestedthose entering into the garage in their cars to pull all the way up to the stop sign. Non compliance with thisrequest has often resulted in a line-up extending well up the entry ramp and providing a potentially dangerous sit-uation as shareholders attempt to exit their vehicles

 5. Each morning the account is refilled, but the bank can dissolve your account at any time WITHOUT WARNING...

 SO, what will YOU do with your 86,400 seconds?

 Those seconds are worth so much more than the same amount in dollars.  Think

about it and remember to enjoy every second of your life, because time races by so much quicker than you think.
