Karstens will coordinate host location logon. Unlimited connections can join the room. Up to 7 locations will be displayed. The main picture is the person talking or the presentation being shared. The other locations will be shown in smaller images around the main picture. Screen Sharing To allow screen sharing/presentation with during a Videoconference using Standard VC equipment (e.g. Polycom/ Lifesize/ Cisco cameras), an additional log-on from a PC/Laptop is required. Connecting from a PC/Laptop requires 1Mbps upload and download speed. Business grade/home cable or 4G will suffice. To Screen Share: Click the “start presenting” icon Select entire screen and click share Navigate to the document/ programme you want to share. Pricing Cost is $150 per hour / $600 per day (minimum 2 hours) Clients can dial a single Karstens Videoconference unit direct via IP for no extra charge on the following IP addresses: Sydney: 220.244.189.90 Melbourne: 203.87.81.142 Brisbane: 203.87.11.170 Where Karstens are providing connection there is an additional connection charge of $50 per hour/$200 per day. Unlimited locations can be connected for this hourly charge. Booking Other Locations Additional locations in all major Australian cities and overseas countries can be coordinated via the Karstens booking team as required. Karstens Virtual Rooms Unlimited participants can connect to a video meeting via a Karstens Virtual Meeting Room.
