Our SofTurn® technology offers you the highest levels of control, precision and comfort when selecting your desired water flow and temperature.

The EverShine® hard-wearing chrome-plated finish that we use guarantees that each tap will continue to shine over the years.

We offer a ‘Lifetime Guarantee’ on all ceramic disc cartridges.

Many of our basin mixers feature the Eco Disc (Eco Click) cartridge which offers a level of resistance when the handle reaches halfway to encourage less water usage.

The Quick Reaction® technology in our thermostatic taps allows you to enjoy the required water flow and temperature in less than 3 seconds. Furthermore, both remain constant irrespective of variations in the water pressure.

Our SafeTouch® technology prevents the chrome-plating of our thermostatic taps from overheating. This eliminates the risk of scalding which is of great importance to all, particularly those with young children.

Security 38° is a security device (a red button) that stops the control knob from being turned past the 38°C point. Security 38° means wellness and comfort can be combined.

PRESSURES

We can supply flow rate information to ensure you are going to be happy with your choice. We think it’s always wise to check your pressure with a qualified plumber before installation. most of our basin and bidet mixers require a minimum of 0.2 bar pressure and our bath-shower mixers require a minimum of 0.5 bar pressure for optimum performance.
