“ Laxmi ” make unbalanced ( vibratory ) motors are available in 3000 ,1500 and 1000 rpm in various HP range. The motors are made either of M.S. fabrication or S.G. Iron castings.Both side end covers are rigidly Fitted to main frame with high tensile bolts.Oil seals are provided to keep dust free bearings.Bearings are of heavy duty ball , roller or thrust type according to application.Only high temperature grease are used.They are of silicon lithium based grade.Laxmi Vibro motors are designed for best performance and meant for continuous use (S1 duty) at elevated temperatures.Winding are made of E.C. grade super enamelled copper wire class F (F) insulation materials (155 0C) and impregnating varnish. Windings are treated with moisture protection overcoat for humid atmosphere. Counter weights Counter weights are of M.S. profile or designed according to required centrifugal force.They are rigidly fitted to shaft and can be set at required angle.Smaller motors have one weight on either side and larger motors have a pair of two weights for fine adjustment. Connection Connection cables of suitable size of 1.5 mtr ( approx five feet ) long are provided.They are directly brought out through the windings.Cable glands holds the cable rigidly with the motor body.Terminal plate and box can be supplied only on special demand.
