Walther Trowal DD (Direct Drive) Series of Vibra- tory Finishers is ideal for many mass finishing applications, from vigorous deburring to gentle polishing, and can process a wide range of parts sizes. The flat-bottom work bowl and unique pro- file separation gate provides trouble-free dis- charge of parts and media onto the 90” wrap- around screen, while direct-drive operation and lifetime-lubricated bearings make for a lower maintenance machine. The DD Series flat-bottom work bowl features stress-free, annealed construc- tion with a high, wear-resistant cast polyurethane lining.

Be1 Air Finishing Supply is offering the SL-Series of high-energy centrifugal disk finishing machines designed for precision deburring of all types of stamped or machined parts. They are excellent for finishing conventional materials, such as brass, copper, steel, and aluminum, as well as alloys such as Kovar, Inconel, stainless, titanium, etc. Centrifugal disk technology enables deburring into grooves and corners that conventional vibra- tory or tumble deburring is unable to reach. Cycle times are dramatically reduced up to l/lo normal deburring cycles. The process chambers are avail- able for wet or dry processing and are of modular design according to customer requirements. The machines are easy to use and require low mainte- nance. Bench top or floor models in various sizes are available. Processing technology is available as part of the complete system.
