i-M professional solutions is a niche indigenous professional consultancy firm, made up of a team of young, innovative and vibrant minds whose goal and mission is to assist businesses cut through the complexity and challenges in the business

We are the official writer and partner to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) on its Tax Discourse series. Tax Discourse is a weekly tax technical publications in the Guardian newspaper for enlightenment of taxpayers on various tax issues. We also developed the first mobile app compilation of Nigerian tax laws/ Regulations, known as 'Tax law Book' (available on google play) and the first 'Tax Assist' website (free PAYE/Pension/payroll processor, WHT and VAT calculator web application- www.vi-mtaxassist.com) for use by taxpayers with little or no tax knowledge and little finance to afford professional help. These initiatives are targeted towards simplifying tax compliance for businesses.

We hold periodic trainings, conferences and seminars to discuss topical fiscal issues with stakeholders and how to effectively navigate them. Our Fees

We charge a lump sum fee on each of the basic plans, while we charge seperately for each choice of service from the premium section. For 'Talent Assist' and 'Growing Business Plan', we charge separately on requested services.

Our fees are affordable, negotiable and flexible, to accommodate the different perculiarities of our different clients, and specific choices/ seperation of services within each bouquet. We are also open to agreed instalment payments on any plan.
