#39 Gap between crown and chimney should be sealed. #40 Sections of ridge cap material moderately worn.

insulated against condensation build up.

past leakage, dry at time of inspection.

entry controls outlet for NW sump pump.

#54 Dried silt and drilled holes in family room heat duct

indicates past water intrusion into heat duct system.
