Flexible Payment Plans for Every Budget

83% of owners consider pet a family member.

79% would spend “any amount necessary” to save pet’s life

BUT Only 33% approved for third-party

financing

Average US credit score 680

42% of population has credit score below

700

Lower credit scores aren’t always the result of late payments, bankruptcy, or other negative notations on a consumer’s credit file. Sometimes, a consumer who doesn’t have enough information on his/her file will have a low score. This can happen even if you had established credit in the past; if your credit report shows no activity for a long stretch of time, items may ‘fall off’ your report. Similarly, consumers new to credit will have no established credit for FICO to use when calculating a risk score. If there is just a little bit of information, you may get a score, but it may be low. This low score wouldn’t be because you made any mistakes, but because you are considered a risky borrower because the credit bureaus don’t know enough about you.

Accessing reports to track client payments

The report you will most frequently access is the Remittance Report. You will use this report to see deposits made to your account, and to track client payments.

The Delinquent Report gives you a list, by client, of any payment transaction that did not process successfully.

Member Search gives you a list of all your client payment plans. Click on the client’s name for details about their payment plan.

Our Report Wizard allows you to customize reports based on parameters you specify.

“Not everyone who loves their animal qualifies for a credit card, but that doesn’t mean they can’t or won’t pay. VetBilling.com gives us flexibility – we can set up payment plans for any amount and any length of time. We don’t have to worry that our clients are at risk of getting hit with high interest charges, which can happen with third-party financing. Using VetBilling.com is a safer alternative than relying on promissory notes or informal payment arrangements.”
