Do you like to volunteer?

Our program is anticipating new developments coming up by early next year from Mayor’s Office on Housing and Community De-

velopment. Because of this, we will need volunteers who can assist in filling-up applications for Below Market Program housing

applications. We will train volunteers in filling-up the applications and inform them about BMR requirements and qualifications.

Bi-lingual is definitely a plus: Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog. But if you're only speaking English, you're still

welcome to volunteer! If you're a student and needs a class credit, you're more than welcome to volunteer! Schedule is flexible and

we’ll work around your time!

We are hoping that volunteers can also be contacted every time a new development comes out!

If you're interested please contact:

Caroline Calderon at [email protected] or call at 415-255-2347.

New Family Housing in March 2015 A new opportunity for family housing, under the management of Mercy

Housing, is scheduled for completion by March 2015. The building on 280

Beale Street will have 70 affordable units for individuals that are making 50%

or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). More information will be provided.
