You will be welcomed with a glass of fizz and shown to your dedicated table. The children in your party will enjoy a gift from Santa and a magician will circulate around the tables during lunch to entertain kids – even the grown up ones!

christmas terms & conditionsDeposit Terms
A £10 per person deposit is required within 14 days of making a provisional booking, together with a signed booking form. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Bookings not confirmed within 14 days may be released.
Upon payment of your deposit, the hotel will confirm your booking in writing.
For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to the event, full payment is required within 7 days.
The balance of the event and all pre-orders are due no later than Monday 31st October 2016.
Payments can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by debit or credit card.
Cancellation Terms
If you want to cancel your event you must notify the hotel in writing and any monies paid will be retained in full.
Once confirmed and pre-paid, no refunds will be given.
Unfortunately, should your party size decrease in numbers (including non-arrivals on the night), monies paid cannot be used against other aspects of your event.
If your booking is not paid in full by Monday 31st October 2016, the hotel reserves the right to release your booking and the hotel will retain your deposit in full.
In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the event for any reason, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date offered, without liability to the hotel.
General Terms
Groups of less than 10 people may be required to share tables with other parties.
Groups of more than 10 people may be accommodated on more than 1 table.
The size of tables will vary according to the configuration of all groups attending and, at all times, the hotel will decide on the most suitable layout for the event, subject to availability and space.
Unfortunately children under 18 are not permitted to evening events.
The 10% wine order discount only applies to orders placed and paid for in full by 1st October 2016.
No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the hotel by any guest and may be confiscated on the night.
The hotel reserves the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements or facilities featured in this brochure should it be necessary.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, however, may be subject to changes of rate and any other relevant taxes or levies at the current rate in force on the date of the event.
Dress code for Christmas is smart casual.
The hotel caters for guests with dietary requirements; please discuss these with your Christmas Co-ordinator when confirming final payment details.
