having over a decade of experience in all the 3 areas combined. Have worked with leading firms like Vandana Ranjit Singh, TPA & KAPL
after her Graduation & Masters. �Sahil Kadakia is an Engineer by qualification & has been in business for
over 10 years. Worked in various domain and has expertise in Distribution, Operation & Management. �
Along with the team of Civil Engineer, Horticulturist, Water Specialist & Swimming Pool Experts on their team and panel help you make

ANNUAL MAINTENACE CONTRACT (AMC) FOR VERTICAL GARDENS ���1. AMC will be done by our well trained & experienced Horticulturists &
Gardeners. ���2. We shall provide 4 visits per month. ���3. All the necessary fertigation, chemical treatments, cleaning & pruning
of leaves will be taken care during the AMC visits. All chemicals and Fertilizers are included in the AMC. ���
4. A detailed watering schedule will be provided after every visit of our Horticulturist / Gardeners for the period till his next scheduled visit. ���
5. Charges for AMC Contract per month are @ Rs.50/- per square feet per month. ���
6. In case any Technical works are required for Irrigation & Lighting system, Rs.3,500/- per visit will be charged extra for our Technician. Any Material required for the job, will be charged extra at actual. ���
7. Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction. ���8. Payment Terms – 100% Advance. ���
