Frano De Costa Rica, S.A. Consulting Group was founded in 1998 in San Jose, Costa Rica, and is the

legal name for the corporation.

VERTEX is our trade name and primary identification for our clients regarding

program/project management, strategic planning and organizational development services.

OUR HISTORICAL BEGINNING • Company founder, José Belfort, believed that today’s successful non-profit

organizations, government agencies and businesses need access to comprehensive, innovative and dynamic community and business solutions and expertise to meet the demanding and rapidly changing socio-economic and community challenges.

• VERTEX was designed to provide leaders the difference making support necessary to meet existing and future challenges and opportunities and grow their organizations and businesses.

• Jose Belfort, the founder, partnered with Gregory Brown, an experienced and successful organizational management and development consultant for over 28 years in the United States and six years in Central America to form an effective and synergistic partnership to expand the companys market and services. In April of 2015 Vertex formed Organizational Bridges, LLC (California) to provide it’s holistic services throughout the USA and North America.
