The Beast is an innovative screeding and forming system for concrete slabs on grade and elevated slabs. The system is a very unique patented system that solves a problem and it serves two purposes. Firstly, a fixed elevation point to point screeding system which eliminates the need to re-check levels which is needed when using free-screeding methods so designers, engineers, architects, contractors can expect improved finish floor levels ( FF and FL numbers.)
Secondly, the Beast is an edge forming system that uses the Beast foot with steel nail stakes fixed to the formwork with Duplex nails or screws. The Beast foot allows contractors to set edge forms without having to puncture the vapour barrier.

The 1 piece solution to armour edge an existing floor when doing an extension or refurbishment. A 75mm x 10mm flat is attached to the existing face of the slab with concrete anchors @ 300mm o.c. The ragged 30x10mm flat is pre attached with nylon nuts, which is cast into the new slab and will pull away from the 75mm x 10mm as shrinkage occurs. This leaves both edges of the construction joint armoured. This system is ideally suited for 150mm thick slabs and above. Custom punching can be performed to allow for dowels for slabs less than 150mm thick. It issupplied in 3metre lengths (in black or galvanised steel) as a 1 piece system, with all fixings included. CANZAC® recommends using the speed dowel system with this product.

The CANZAC® Cover Plate Joint system is designed to accommodate joint openings from 35mm up to 85mm.
The Cover Plate Joint system incorporates a two part system with a sliding top plate, commonly used in post tension designed slabs and in warehouse doorways where shrinkage is anticipated.

Connolly Keyjoint is a galvanized steel tongue-and-groove formwork that becomes part of the slab, forming the control joint. Its unique fixing system makes installing simple and at least twice as fast as conventional formwork methods. You’ll achieve a neater, more uniform line and at a fraction of the cost.

PLASTIC KEYWAY VERY ECONOMICAL
Plastic Keyway provides an economical means for forming keyed joints quickly and easily. Manufactured from a lightweight, yet impact resistant Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), the Plastic Keyway is easy to use and reuse to create an interlocking joint in concrete.
To install the Plastic Keyway, it is stapled or nailed to an edge form at the desired elevation. The concrete is placed and thoroughly vibrated to ensure proper consolidation in the area of the key. The form and Plastic Keyway is then stripped, leaving a negativerecess to engage the adjacent pour.
The material composition of the Fibre Dowel is non-conductive, which makes it an electrical and thermal insulator. The Fibre Dowel has a higher tensile strength than steel dowel bars of an equal diameter. The tensile strength of commercially available steel dowels is 413MPa, while the Fibre Dowels is approximately 600MPa. Fibre Dowels can be used in construction and contraction applications. They are excellent in weight sensitive application, will not corrode, and are light weight so are easily transported and assembled on site.

KRACK MATE PROVIDES CONTROLLED CONCRETE CRACKING
Krack Mate is inserted into wet concrete flush with surface level after screeding stage. No need to saw cut the concrete surface, saving time and additional expense. It is designed for on-ground slabs and can be butted up to any given edge ie. columns, pilasters and kerbing. Krack Mate allows the concrete to crack along it, whilst it cures. The profile makes it almost impossible to dislodge therefore the surface can be floated as normal, to obtain a flat continuous surface. It provides a positive alternative to existing methods and saw cut options. No cutting of mesh enabling the continuity of mesh and rebar to be utilised to their maximum strength. The Krack Mate provides a continuous surface appearance. Available in 3.0metre lengths
CRETE JOINT A FAST ECONOMICAL WAY TO FORM A CONTROL JOINT.
After screeding, strike a line for accurate alignment. With a sawing motion, use a 1/16” thick straight edge parting bar to part aggregate to a depth equal to Crete Joint height, keeping the parting bar vertical.
Insert Crete Joint into recess left by parting bar with a similar sawing motion. The Crete Joint top should be flush with the top of the slab. The two piece Crete Joint top is simply disengaged from the vertical leg which remains in the concrete. Proceed as normal with bull-float or trowel.
The Foam Expansion Joint is made from closed cell foam, with superior mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance. It is supplied in strip sections, and is available in a range of thicknesses and depths.
The Foam Expansion Joint filler is commonly used in buildings where movement is accommodated by expansion joint (in vertical and horizontal joints, between units of precast concrete curtain walling, and in construction where it is used as a resilient backfill). It is also used as an anti-vibration pad or non-load transfer filler in both precast and in-situ concrete structures.

VC5 is formulated to cure concrete scheduled to receive all types of floor coverings and surface treatments. VC5 patented lithium curing technology protects against floor failure due to moisture and/or alkalinity emanating from the concrete. It is effective in eliminating sure-related cracking of the freshly placed concrete and is especially effective in hot, low humidity, and/or windy conditions. The appearance and surface profile is unaffected. There is no coating or film on the surface requiring removal prior to the application of flooring installation or surface treatments.

SINAK Densifier is an easy to use, high solids, one component in-organic lithium silicate based product designed to harden and densify for the purpose of polishing concrete. BACKING RODBacking Rod is a low density polyethylene foam in rod form for easy use.
