PBL? Prior: Create and manage registration of all attendees, provide accurate numbers for meals, verify with local advisors the team/individual events and qualifications, print out certificates of attendance, judges, local officers, and chapter awards; nametags; program for event; program for banquet and contact Symquest to get computers and color printer in headquarters for administrative duties. During: collect test results and print out certificates, update the PowerPoint as results come in, etc.

computer for SLC- Next registration for FLC, add workshops, good to have $15 commitment shown at end of

registration- Blog, Document use by every chapter so we know what is happening in each area and

potentially collaborate on certain projects- State Officers do a state chapter address to members, Nationals have addresses - Colleen provide information for google community so Tia, Sara, Mallery can be added- State Wide Raffle

Each chapter collects a $50 - $100 donated gift by JANUARY 15January 19 - March 26each member sells at least 10 tickets at $1 per ticket (all profits go to VT State)tickets brought to conference1 member in the state the sold the most tickets will get a prizedrawing at conference, chapters responsible for getting gift to those in their community

- Felicia provide student names at Johnson State and Lyndon State- Dates of conferences, provide dates and deadlines early- Phi Beta Lambda - talk to administration to help recruit college students: bonus points,

certificates provided, excused day off?, learning skills - On sponsor sheet - provide set price then add additional pieces to sponsors (a) t-shirts (b)

presenter meals- Market FBLA - Compete at events and win money!!- College booths - Each college brings a sweatshirt that they raffle, make sure many colleges

join! Bentley, Batsum, UVM, Lyndon, Johnson, Castleton, St. Michaels, Champlain, etc.
